ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony told a judge that she will not testify in her murder trial, and that it was her own decision not to take the stand. The defense has rested its case.

Casey is accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.

Casey's decision to not testify has unsubstantiated her attorneys' contention that Caylee wasn't killed, but accidentally drowned.

That was the day they picked up the death mobile..so Cindy left work to meet George at the towyard.  She also then returned to work ..told her super and co workers abut the car and still no Caylee/Casey and the smell.  Thye said leave and go find Casey and get to the bottom of this.

What do you want to bet out of the goodness of their heart they paid Cindy for the full day..and she is going to go got you.  But a super can decide to do that in an emergency situation..which July 15th was...but the days in March of the computer searches were not.

Probably has a rich mommy & daddy footed his way who never gave him a swift kick in his A$$ or a slap upside his head for misbehaving.

I have told all 4 of my kids if the police or anyone else in authority ever has to ask me where they are or tell me what they have done they had better beg to be locked up as it will be much safer for them than when I get my hands on them.  I love them dearly but will not support or enable acts of stupidity of their own free will.  They choose they pay the consequences.
