As far as the insanity thing, one of the first things I said to Jose when I met first him was that he had a built-in insanity situation in the case. But you know, you being an attorney, there`s a lot that goes into an insanity plea. She would have to cop to the fact that she killed her child before she can use the insanity plea.

GRACE: Absolutely. It`s called an affirmative defense. In other words, Anne Bremner, you have to say, yes, I did it, but I was crazy when I did it. That`s what the insanity defense means.

BREMNER: That`s right, Nancy. Of course she has to say I didn`t know right from wrong and I didn`t know the nature and quality of my act at the time.

GRACE: And Susan Moss, family law attorney, child advocate, George and Cindy Anthony fighting tooth and nail to keep the autopsy report set to go public in just hours a secret. Why?

MOSS: There`s probably something substantially that`s going to make us crazy when we see that report. I have a feeling you`re going to be screaming bombshell a lot once we see that report and we will see that report.

Caylee! Caylee!” The screams of a sleeping Casey Anthony — tormented by nightmares of her dead daughter — exploded the late-night silence of the Orange County Jail in Orlando, Fla., startling other prisoners and sending guards running toward her cell.

The bloodcurdling incident wasn’t a first for the Monster Mom — who’s become so wildly delusional that a psychiatrist and guards now fear she’s gone crazy.

“Casey has been having frequent nightmares, screaming Caylee’s name loud enough to wake the prisoners around her,” a jail source told The ENQUIRER.

“Once, when a guard woke her and told her she had been screaming, she said, ‘No I wasn’t,’ and went back to sleep.

“Her erratic behavior makes jail guards think Casey is going insane.”

The 23-year-old was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with killing her 2-year-old daughter. Ever since, she has been locked in a glass-fronted cell for 23 out of 24 hours, allowed out only for a single hour of exercise and a shower.

The ENQUIRER got a startling look at the jailhouse life of the accused killer — whose behavior is becoming increasingly bizarre.

“Casey has been acting very oddly — she will go days without talking to anyone, or doing anything but sit in her cell, reading law books,” disclosed the source. “Then she will suddenly become very active and agitated — chattering to guards, doing sit-ups, push-ups and jumping jacks in her cell and dancing to music on her small radio.” Pick up the new issue for more details.

This whole thing with the Anthonys fighting in court to stop the release of the autopsy report is more than disturbing.  It will come out in the end.

If you take them at their word that they will be distressed, then why fight it?  Why make it more public than it needs to be?  Why can't they stay out of the spotlight?

I took some psycology classes a long time ago, but I am certain there is no textbook for this behaviour!

If she wants to plead insanity , she has to admit to the crime. She will never do that. Perhaps she is putting on a 'crazy show' to try and be deemed incompetent / unfit to stand trial ... to bide more time/stalling ....

Not in any book.  Someone needs to write one specifically based on the Anthonys.  They are truly a "one of a kind" freak show.

Release Of Anthony Autopsy Results Blocked
Hundreds Of Pages Of Evidence Set For Release

ORLANDO, Fla. -- George and Cindy Anthony succeeded on Thursday in the effort to at least temporarily block the release of granddaughter Caylee Anthony's autopsy report.

The report was slated to be released on Friday along with about 1,000 pages of evidence.

The Anthonys argued that the release of the autopsy results would cause the family great distress.

Judge Stan Strickland is expected to hold a hearing on the matter next week.

  They are having trouble with LE regarding info!!  I'm supposed to give them family info!!  To me, this just proves they still don't search for the missing.

Don't they live in the same dang community of this missing girl? If they are FINDERS of KIDS, they should have resources to find the missing. I wonder if you could send this to Kathi Belich and let her have a go at them with this email. JMO JSM
