You are listed as one of Joran's character witnesses for the civil suit that the Holloway-Twitty's filed against him. Were you aware of this at the time, and if so, were you prepared to vouch for Joran's character?

the only thing i know is:
after we returned from merida, the school had money over, so a few weeks later the school organised a party at marriot. and i saw freddy working there.  (just like a waiter or something)

Well during the NY case against the VDS family a list of character witnesses for them was provided and your name was on the list.

Guess Grande is wanting to know if you would have testified that JVDS was a good guy, if the case had gone to trial.

if there would be a trial and i would go...then i would just tell the truth about what i think of joran.

We understand that some of the "character witnessess" listed on Joe Taco's papers (for Joran) did not know they were listed and in fact were not prepared to testify (speak in front of the judge) on Joran's behalf.  In other words, the list was not accurate.  Grande  was asking if you knew you were listed.  Would you have given a statement before the judge??

He also noticed Natalee's picture on your tickle.  That's upsetting to many because some feel Joran and his friends have disrespected her.

I can understand avoiding a question if someone is a suspect and you are his friend.  As far as I know, Freddy is not a suspect...is he??  Are you good friends with him or his brother??

i would have given a statement because i think in a law suit  you dont have to be prepared good.....as long as you tell the truth.
