I absolutely couldn't either. You can see how calloused they are by just being able to stay there and carry on like nothing happened. I wonder if they have sold Caylee's little playhouse and sandbox on ebay?

I had Rock'em Sock'em Robots when I was a kid. Secretly I think my Dad was thrilled. In a house of all girls, I liked the boy stuff. It was much more fun! I got a fishing pole, a baseball mitt, the Creepy Crawlies metal plate cooker to make gummy flies and scorpions. I remember dropping some of the files into the ice cube trays so people would have a fly floating in their drinks once the ice melted.

Are you one of my kids?????
Mine are all grown, but they did things like that too. I even got the treatment with the fake dog poo.

Im wondering, would you all stay in the house after all is said and done????  I couldnt, knowing that was Caylee's only home, and she may have died there, and then the stinky car was in the garage, and then she was right down the street.  Nope, couldnt.

I would never be able to stay in the house even if there were the remotest possibility that one of my family died in there.  I also react differently than this family, go running down the street when my dog gets out of the yard let alone a child missing for 31 days.  When my father passed I could not stop crying for 10 days, day and night.  Hubby thought I was loosing my mind.  When my mother-in-law was in her final hours in the hospital I was so emotional I fainted in the room and the Dr.'s had to help me - but supposedly I never let go of her hand.  When my kids were little and got hurt I was so sad that they were hurt and wished I could take the pain for them.

It greatly disturbs me that there seems to be no caring or compassion from any of the Ants.

There is no way I could or would stay there either. But then again I think I would be so torn up over loosing my only Granddaughter.  The A's are not normal people and I think somehow in their twisted minds they think like this. Caylee is gone, nothing we can do about it, we have to keep our family together at any and all cost. I know it is a disgusting thought but how else could they continue to do and say the things they do?

New to the cage and thank you so much Klaas for approving me. Been lurking for ages and now I am doing the happy monkey dance!

Well, I just discovered a few things:
1. I need to buy a new box of food coloring (something more recent than 1979 would probably not dry out in the bottle!)
2. Food colored eggs get a deeper color, much faster than those tablet things.
3. A juice glass will not hold 1/4 tsp. food coloring,  2/3 cup boiling water and one egg.
4. Bon Ami will remove food coloring stains from a formica countertop.

Media zap right to fair trial: To wit, Casey Anthony et al.
Terence Lenamon | Special to the Sentinel
April 8, 2009
<snipped>
As one who represented Casey Anthony during negotiations on whether Florida would seek the death penalty, I think it's time that we evaluate the American media coverage of this hitherto unknown twentysomething single mother. Anthony is accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie.

Why look at media coverage? Because she has the same rights under the U.S. Constitution as you and I do. And those rights are being disrespected and trampled in what may well be a permanent loss of not only her right to a fair trial, but yours and mine as well.

This case has become a witch hunt — a trial by media — and it has nothing to do with guilt or innocence. Casey Anthony is a moneymaker. Her case has become the subject of daily — sometimes hourly — national media coverage. The most minute details of the Anthony case can be discovered every night on cable TV and anytime, day or night, on any one of a growing number of Web sites. The fact that advertising dollars accompany most of this coverage cannot be ignored.

Our rights are being compromised because the same people who read the tabloids and follow the coverage for the latest tidbits on the investigation and prosecution of Casey Anthony will make up a part of the jury pool for her trial. And the more exposure on the Web and in the media, the less likely that jurors unacquainted with the case will be found.
