Dominic Casey...boy it seems so suspicious that he and Cindy would have had a falling out.  I'm thinking that Cindy wanted DKC to lie or omit facts in his deposition with Morgan.  DKC got a very high-powered attorney at the very last minute and cancelled his depo.  I've not yet heard that the depo has been rescheduled.  Has any other monkey any information on this? 

I'm also wondering WHY DKC thought he needed to get such a high-powered attorney.  I'm beginning to think that DKC could be in a whole lot of trouble in this whole mess with Cindy and could be in jeopardy of losing his PI license and possibly going to jail. 

I just wish that anyone connected with the Anthony's would step up to the plate and tell the TRUTH.

Sunday morning OT for the Catholics here (c'mon, we already had our "blockbuster" for the day, Cindy and Dom broke up! Oooh, do you think she'll stop leaving notes on his locker? And will he peel out when he sees her in the parking lot? )

So, it's Palm Sunday. As we're reading the Passion (the big long long long long part that leads up to Jesus' death)...did anyone else hear the music  from "Jesus Christ Superstar" playing in your head? And did anyone else think it might be more FUN if we just sang the whole play? And then, of course, cos we're Catholic, did anyone else feel guilty about thinking Father should make the Mass more fun?

I just got in the cage Tevye. WTH is this about Cindy and Dominic?

As the good Catholic that I am, I listened intently to the full gospel and didn't think a thing about Jesus Christ Superstar music. I thought about Jim Caveziel in Passion of the Christ, he was so hot.  

All I could think about during the reading was how bad my knee was hurting and I never thought it would end. So my Tevye friend, I will be rotting in hell along with you!

I could have told you that you weren't a sociopath, I can't believe the priest made a comment like that. You are way to kind and thoughtful and you love Joe  Cindy and Dom had a falling out, hope Dom starts telling tales about Cindy and George. Get prepared Cindy and George will get deposed on Thurs. Can't wait for the lies to begin. Also the Anthony's took their new boat on a maiden voyage 

Actually he told me if I didn't feel guilt for hating the Ants, I would be considered a sociopath! I really had a gigglesnort under my breath when he said that.

I can't wait until Thursday, do you think the videos will come out Thursday or Friday? Any info on when Mr Casey's depo will be? That's the one I want to see. That man is creepier than creepy. He reminds me of a skeletor.

I heard about the maiden voyage on the boat. I hope it is a three hour tour like on Gilligans Island. Do you think Cindy dressed like Ginger, Mary Ann or Mrs Howell?

Regarding the falling out between Cindy and Dominic - I notice on D's LE interview Jan 7, Brad Conman is listed as his attorney so it would seem Dominic was not yet considered a threat to Cindy's version of things.  Maybe his new attorney has suggested he cut all ties with the vindictive Cindy - she may have threatened to nail him if he refused to be a martyr on her behalf.

I would think he's already in hot water for running three concurrent contracts that might all have conflicts of interest - with the Ants, Casey herself and Baez.  If Cindy sent him out there to find the body and move it - and if she now knows that he could testify to that fact for the defense and thereby be implicated as a suspect, she may be spitting mad.  It would be obvious even to her that after listening to both his testimony and Hoover's that were just released they both were hedging their bets and looking to make a quick buck selling that video to some tabloid if the Ants didn't come through with all the money they supposedly owed him.

So Dominic and Cindy had a falling out. What a shocker. Bad timing on her part since ol Dom has NOT given his deposition yet. Hmmmm the tales he could tell. Bad move on her part. She must not have heard of the adage:
Keep your friends close and your enemies closer!

He's gonna spill about their affair, how she reacted, how early she knew Caylee was dead, how she is protecting her daughter. All her dirty little secrets out in the open cause she had to try to control Dom.

I am just getting caught up after having 3 of the grandkids yesterday.....I think I cooked all day long. lol

Dolce, you just look so darn beautiful in your new pic. The babes are really growing now. I was excited with all the grandbabies, but was just blown away when my son's twins were on the way. They will simply amaze you when they get here. I can just about bet you the girl will be the boss. Mine will be nine next month and she is still the boss.

JSM, hope that knee gets better soon. I can assure you....you do not want a knee replacement.

Boo.... thanks for the info from BB11....I can't wait to see how it all plays out. I hate the boat didn't sink yesterday. I have to try to get my house put back together before morning, so looking forward to the new doc. dump. Just hope it is better than the last one.

Thanks Darla have you had a replacement? It is feeling better today. Wrapped in ice, propped up above my keyboard, it's really hard to type though. Once you get your house back together, I would gladly let you come and get mine straightend up. 

 I remember going to my Grandma's house. She cooked, baked cakes and cook pancakes for breakfast all the time. Even when she was old, the first cold day of winter she would call us to come get her homemade soup. I really miss her.

I really hope they've had a falling out...it makes for very interesting discussion...bad timing on Cindy's part...bet the new high-powered attorney has had a LOT to do with the falling out...i.e., DKC is just not bowing down and doing as Cindy says he should do any longer...

Like I've said previously, it will get much worse and much nastier as it gets closer to trial...and just think...the trial is still 6 months away...no telling what we'll hear/find out in all that time.

Cindy - the neck throttler...question: do we know if anyone other than Cindy and KC that directly saw Cindy choke KC?  I'm thinking that if they have Cindy on the stand and she denies choking KC, that it can't be proved unless KC gets on the stand and testifies to it.  I doubt that even Jose will put KC on the stand.

Putting Casey on the stand would be a very bad move on Baez's part.  The prosecution would eat her alive.

I believe the choking incident is hearsay - told to Tony L and Jesse by Lee who did not witness it.  A neighbor reported an incident involving a lot of loud screaming  and saw Cindy leave the house with Casey yelling after her but I am not sure when that occurred.

It's my understanding that if Casey wishes to change her original police report to try to frame someone besides ZFG she is going to have to get on the stand but I could be wrong.  If that happens, Ms. Burdick will eat her alive on cross.

Cecybeans - that's what I was getting at..."hearsay"....but Baez has done some dumb things before and he might try to get it in through questioning Lee on the stand.  I say "try", because I think the prosecution would object and the judge wouldn't allow the questioning.  I just don't think that KC will ever take the stand.

Hey ya monkeys, wishing you all a blessed Palm Sunday for our fellow Christians, a glorious day for all.

Reading to catch up,  I'm just not shocked at all by what B11  posted for several reasons.  DC canceled his deposition at grave risk of contempt, I think its easy to see how he doesn't want to go down with the ship (too late for that Id say) speaking of ships (sort of lol) maiden voyage....OMG what Im avoiding saying on a sacred day!!   The Anthonys have a huge problem since Cindy admitted to detectives  during a subsequent search warrant after Caylee's remains were found that she "sent someone" to those very woods on Suburban (DC).  Casey despises her mother & after Caylee's remains were recovered it became obvious by her statement read by her attorney that she had new cause to be very resentful.   I do not think that Casey's defense will be successful in showing Cindy being responsible for Caylee's murder per se but they will sell her down the river with some sort of culpability, in a heartbeat -- I agree with so many on that & you could see it coming just in how they interacted with each other way back in mid July, much less the evidence.   But one of the key things that will seal Casey's fate is her statement to her brother "Maybe I'm just a spiteful B."

A few mentioned Casey saying to her parents during their jail visit "dont worry I havent said anything" another line that disturbed me came from Cindy was on July 15th...her contact to Casey (about the car), I think the text was pretty much quoted as being "call me, huge problem."   In that same jail visit Cindy tells Casey that if she needs someone to talk to that she can contact Dominic Casey.   The date of contract between Casey & Dominic Casey is Sept 12th, correct?   This should be very interesting for the Anthonys to explain why they felt the need for their  PI to also sign an agreement with their daughter prior to her being indicted on murder one charges for the suspected death of their granddaughter.   If memory serves, Casey was home for the second time after her second bond was posted but before her indictment.

I reluctantly agree with (I believe it might be Blink's?) contention that somehow Cindy and George will skate on this (unless one of the reasons she hates Baez is that he won't drop the countersuit and therefore eliminate their need to testify without taking the 5th).   I'll bet they have been busy all week autodialing to get a medical excuse.  So I am not holding my breath, and if those two are talking  we know they are lying.  Paddy though!  Yeah - I can hardly wait for what he's got to say!!
