Hope it is okay to post this!  I really think this poster is right, CA is flipping off her dad.  I did not see any tears at all, just her wiping her eyes.

#78 - as casey wiped her tears from her right eye using her right hand, during george’s testimony, it certainly does look like she’s making a point of flipping the bird - compare it to how she wipes her left eye.

george was so quick to point out..er, go on the attack as a deponent during the M&M depo, accusing the deposing attorney of flipping the bird at him (though merely adjusting glasses), yet now in court, when he’s got Judge Stan’s attention, he lets casey’s gesture go…seems like mancuso & lyon weren’t paying attention to her subtle gesturing, either.

I am sure Casey thinks her parents are idiots for  wearing the "Caylee" pins.  They didn't even change the picture from the one on the "missing" pins.   JMO

I am going to challenge these lies tomorrow on the Today Show weekend edition.   So Tony is saying he will be on the Today Show tomorrow.

Is Tony saying he is going to challenge the lies? Maybe at least we will get to see what he looks like. This seems like a desperate move to me. Why has he not come forward before, until his name comes up in court on bogus documents?

I believe you are correct, he also had said he was getting death threats, don't know if that is true, but sure wouldn't doubt it.

I would imagine getting death threats in the bail bonding business goes with the territory.

The jailed mother has a $500,000 bond on her head right now, but in moments, you will meet the bounty hunter and the bail bondsmen planning to post Casey's big bond. Casey has been behind bars since July 16, the only person of interest in her daughter, Caylee's, disappearance.

Leonard and Tony Padilla are headed to Orlando, Florida, this weekend and plan to have Casey out of jail as early as next week. The question is why. Joining us live is Leonard Padilla, and on the phone, his nephew, Tony Padilla.

The Anthonys seem to have their own code of sending subliminal messages to each other with clothing, jewelry, colors, and different kind of pins and bracelets. (Slurp, slurp!) I am sure there were messages sent back and forth in the courtroom today.

geeze..i thought i broke the interweb....was left swirling for five min then kicked off.   anywho

not one tear....not one.  i have tried to hold back tears before and even if ya don't blink they seep out.  she blinked many times no tear.  she's gonna get an infection if she keeps pokin' herself in the eye.  and yes in response to sirensong all the way flippin' him the bird.

I don't watch best defense all that often, and after listening to Jami Floyd and Todd Macaluso I don't plan on watching it anymore. One of the most biased interviews I've been subjected to in ages(except for whoraldo). How that woman got a job as the commentator for that show is amazing. They must be desperate to employ such an ignorant mouthpiece.
