Just a sidebar note, I notice in all of Bozo's motions he uses the word "pray" I find that very odd & never saw that term used in legal filings in Jersey...never saw it in other high profile cases Ive paid attention to either[/color]

He gets it from "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Practicing Law". Actually, it's not totally out of line, but it shows someone who just copies from the book.

Regarding a plea agreement.  I found the following:

SS, For some reason this pdf will not allow for a cut and paste.  IF I read the above email correctly, JB asked for a plea deal and then did not follow up.  I dunno...  This offer was on the table earlier in the case.  I found interesting kc's hand written statement "I believe that Mr. Ashton is angry because I have refused to take a plea agreement for a crime that I DID NOT COMMIT." 
My question, Why would Mr. Ashton be angry over an old plea offer that JB proffered and then did not follow through on. Seems to me, it would be further reason to question his motivation.

I have actually seen that in legal papers and it happened to be in Florida. 

I have actually written it. It's nice, at least, that this time, Jose didn't have to "educate the court". Now he's just praying!

Bozo is claiming that Casey responded because SA Ashton accused her from going from pauper to princess being able to afford her defense - BS I think its his excuse for inflaming this issue & getting the blame off his back.

 But in doing so he's admitting his client is exhibiting another pissy fit ....another error by Baez.

Ive been thinking that maybe she bought the red lipstick to try to wooo the judge.    Shes a star now lol.

Agreed. I'll be looking for Joy at the hearing, she won't be hard to miss, she will be holding a sign with some nonsense scribbled on it.
