i think the fact that cindy got up there and blatently lied is going to come back and bite cindy, her slore bag murdering wench of a daughter, and the defense team in the butt. 

yes all the talking heads are gonna say how it was huge for the defense but the state has a rebuttal and it's going to be cleared up. it's not looking good, if anything it's gonna make the jury take the anthony's less seriously when they beg for caseys life during the penalty phase.

i agree  - if there is any way humanly possible to disprove what Cindy said about her work schedule, I think the state will find it and show Cindy to be a liar.

Its one thing to lie as you are protecting your murderous daughter if you think her excuse is that it was accidental but after its pointed out to you what the evidence is & what she is willing to do to you personally yet you still lie under oath....F her tears     Im not shocked or surprised by Cindy's lies at all, Im hurt in the heart that yet again she is willing to forsake her granddaughter to save that murdering slore.  I dont think any of us are truly shocked, just some including myself hoped that she might have at least come to terms with what Casey did & stand for Caylee.  Personally, Id like to rip that necklace right off her neck myself....not gonna lie.

sorry for the quote stack but I agree with all of you and everything that you all have said...my heart hurts for Caylee too...she is being disrespected by those who have said that they loved her..My mistake is that I put myself into Cindy's place as a grammy and know how I would feel if anything like this happened to one of my grand daughters and I felt pain in my heart for her as I would feel..sadly, I realize that Cindy is in no way even close to being the gram that I am cause I would have never done this to my grand daughter, ever!!!

If you have a dog that is eating plants and you're worried about it, you do not put "chlorophyll" in a search. You put in "Is Bamboo harmful to pets?" or something to that effect.

Chlorophyll is the part of all plants that makes them green (if I recall from biology), and wouldn't even get you to the answer you're looking for!!

Star monkey - i think linda had her answers some pretty precise questions that can potentially be disproved.  If you have a liar on the stand and you know they are lying sometimes the best you can get is enough information to verify and PROVE they are lying.

All you have to do is go to preferences and have the  browser do what you want it to at shut down. Just be careful not to erase your passwords if you want to keep them on the computer for each url.

Most people don't refer to bamboo as grass, though, do they?  My grandma has bamboo in her front yard, and we never called it grass. 

The Bamboo Shoots have been blamed for a lot of things in this case.  Did anyone ever investigate them?  Nothing is too insignificant to throw under the bus in this case.

Cindy was reported to carry her Bible into the courtroom this morning.  GOD knows everything, all intentions.  GOD is not to be used in a deceitful way.   I'm so angry now....for Caylee.  This is just not right in any way, shape or form.

Hmmm..has that Bible burst into falmes yet?

I have been a member for quite a while.  I just don't post.  I always read and shake my head like everyone else does.  Cindy is probably telling the truth about her time sheets.  My sister works in an office and they have to do the same thing.  If they don't take a lunch hour, they have to show it anyway and if they leave early, they have to show that also.  I do believe Cindy on that and that alone.  I believe that Cindy and George & Lee loved Caylee, but obviously not enough to protect her and stand up for her.  If you remember in the beginning, Cindy was going on talk shows and trying to take over like she was a celebrity.  She loved the attention .  They never tried to organize a search, only called Tim Miller in I believe due to pressure from everyone saying that they should.  I'm waiting for George to jump up at the end of the trial and say he killed Caylee to take the wrap for his evil daughter.  That would be a Perry Mason moment, wouldn't it.  Showing my age here.  George was with her and their attorney today after she got off the stand, so he knew what she was going to do.  I think in the photo that shows Casey bug eyed with her attorney and everyone was joking about a proposal, I think he was telling her the family would get her off the hook, one way or the other. So while I want to cry, I should have known that evil never protects angels.  Sorry Caylee.   

But EVIL sometimes leads people down a path and them abandons them - look at Joran van der Sloot!

Could this be a another red herring? Cindy knowing pros can get those work computer records? Knowing they will show she was at work? Wouldn't that be throwing Casey under the bus, again? Her attorney said the Anohony's did not believe Casey was innocent.

what would be the point of her lying?  I think their attorney's statement last night was to throw the state off - so wouldn't see this coming.

Beth, you may be right about this. I am so distrusting of the Anthony's and usually suspect everything they say and do.

You have to keep complete medical records (entire chart) for a minimum of 6 years, if you accept Medicare. The company would have the active charts on any dates in question.

And then they are most likely archived so they always have access to them if needed. Atleast where I work, we store them after 6 years in storage

I'm going to keep the faith that most jurors expected some lying to be told by the parents in order to save their child.  And they will still do the right thing...JMO.

I wish JSM was here.  I know there is a certain LONG timeframe that medical records need to be kept. If Rosebud was at work, and did anything with patients it is YEARS that those details have to be kept. A lot longer than 3 yrs I believe. 

I agree.  Different businesses have different guidelines on how long they keep their records.  I am sure that one that is involved with so much government  protocol would keep their records for a minimum of five years.
