This kid is supposed to me "laying low" like the rest of them!! Think of the psychology of the case guys!! Everyone else has taken heat!! lost careers!! lost $$...whole island is suffering as a result of this kid!! And he is flaunting it in their faces!! I REALLY think this angle is the key to someone busting him out!! They have to be PO'D by this!!!

I humbly disagree. Until Aruba absolutely hits "rock bottom"  -- they are going to keep blaming us "insensitive, arrogant Americans." I hope the local citizens finally raise up -- but right now -- they are powerless and afraid to speak out against the "Elite Dutch."

Joran's self bravado reminds me of OJ~

He recently made a video tape called "juiced" in which he plays "pranks" on people, like MTV's Punked.

In a segment, he ran an ad in the paper stating that his Ford Bronco was up for sale and people came to buy it.

Real funny. Ha Ha.

I get the same vibes from Joran.

Please don't say that...although the same thoughts ran through my head!! I don't want him to get away with this!! Think the differnce is...Joran is playing games with people who don't like to be "Played" with on the island!! Think about it guys...they are trying to "wash it under the rug" and Joran is not playing along!! Not only is he not playing along...he is smearing their faces in it!!! He IS going down!!

I have to say that the first thing I thought when I saw that picture of him dancing was that whoever is sweating at night over all they did to cover his tracks cannot be happy with those pictures.  I guess this only proves that elevated egos and arrogance can make people do the dumbest things!

I truley believe we are at a critical point!! We have GOT!!! to shove it in their faces like Joran is!!! Look at our front page articles for the past months!! ALL ABOUT HOW THIS HAS AFFECTED THE ISLAND MONETARILY!!!

I want him taken down not out.  I want him to languish in prison for at least the 15 years his laws allow.  I don't advocate prison rape, but if it happens to him what can I do about it? By the time he gets out he will  be balding & middle aged.  Life will have passed him by, and no one any woman in her right mind would want anything to do with.  All the money he has made from the interviews & the book deal will go to Natalee's family.

May be a weird time to interject this, but I really love you guys...........You all have given me the "screamin' meanies" laugh this morning, and I really needed that!

I'm going into Pollyanna mode this morning and CHOOSING to hope that all that new found $$ Joran has, will end up having to be turned over to Nat's family after a civil case is heard. Not that it would bring any comfort to them, but it would hurt Joran to have to turn it over.

Guys, I think these pictures should be smeared in the face of Aruba, through Diario, through the tourism board, through our own travel outlets, accompanied with staunch commentary on why we will never step foot on that island.

I really do think we can help create what should be obvious to Aruba. Sometimes clarity can come through direct articulation, and I think SM folks can be VERY direct when the cause is right!

If you look at his hairline in the front this is already happening.

If he were to go to prison for what he did when he gets out he would be a greater danger to society.
