Thanks for all of your great posts.  This may have been discussed, but I have to say, my jaw dropped as they listed off the number of dogs that the Anthonys had.  It seemed like there were way too many....seems like she may have started her evil activities at a much younger age.

Pundits on JVM speculate that KC will get - 2nd degree murder (22 to life) and the other says aggravated assult (15) and JVM says remember: if KC doesn't get the death penalty, it's considered a win for the defense.

I am holding out hope for first degree, but I really feel it will be 2nd degree...anything less and I will feel like Caylee was not served the justice she deserves

No way..with the Gentiva cooked records on Cindy's part..and the Gentiva real records waiting in the wings..that shows premed..in the murder of a child under 12 years of age..while executing child abuse in the form of duct tape wrapped around the child's head..throw in the choloform cocktail ...and you have 1st degree murder.  This jury is smart and they have people in all the keys fields on there..nurses, IT people, regular teachers and people who are or have been Mom and Dad's to small children..they are not fooled..not even juror number 4.  During George's breakdown on the stand she was said to be watching Miss Casey..good..that means she gets this..and she saw that Casey was not phased by George's testimony other then when it included her.

Put a fork in Miss Casey..even without rebuttal..she's done.

 

I think the Gentiva time records are going to be even worse than that. It will bring all things said by Cindy into play as not telling the truth. The searches as well as maybe even the ladder. The State in closing will say that Cindy is lying to save her daughter; however, she may have a right ... but that does not provide justice for Caylee.

i'm am sick of nancy grace acting like cindy lying on the stand for casey is acceptable in any way shape or form.  it digusts me.  Every criminal has a mother, if it is okay for moms to just start lying for their children in court then why bother.

Yes..I was very dissapointed..I was not thinking she'd take the stand until the last coupla days..and then I felt sure she would..it's been so downhill for the defense....and I thought she thought she could clear this all up and give advice along the way, the way she did with all her friends.

I wanted to see the prosecution eat her for a snack and then spit her out because she was past her expiration date!

Casey missed her chance...and she will definitely regret this..in her mind once the guilty verdict is read..it will be everyone else's faught..wait that is how she operates..shades of Cindy..so she thinks she can let it rip on appeal...or with Geraldo in her jailhouse video not ready for primetime slot.

Nancy Grace is stupid. If Lucy or John David turned out to be a sociopathic killer and she took the rap for the sociopath, then she would be just as bad as any murderer, because that is setting a killer loose in society to kill again.

I had thought the same thing. I have had pets all my life and only 3 have passed. Maybe Dr. Baden and Spitz can make themselves useful and exhume the dogs in the back yard and see if Casey didn't murder them to.

Did anyone catch what Lippman just said on NG?  I heard him say that they have found banking records of Cindy's for March 17th that proves she was at Bank of America the day she was doing Chlorophyll...urm chloroform...erm Actaeon...erm had a neck breaking pop up and that the said bank records were given to the Dufense?  did he say Dufense?  How does he know it was Cindy?  Casey was using the charge cards at that time and had no qualms writing bad cheques of Amy's and writing cheques from grandma Plesea.  What are they cooking up?
