Hi monkeys.  My very first post here, but I read all the time.  I am nervous so please be nice to me.   Anyway, I am here because I am very sad about Tim Miller maybe leaving and I am grasping at straws.  I know that a few of you speak to Tim and also to LP.  This may also have been posted tonight and if it has, please forgive me.

My idea is simple.  Lenny has offered to post a 50,000 reward for info on where Caylee is before, and has since removed that offer because LE asked him to.  Maybe he can give that money to Tim to look for Caylee.  Then, Tim won't have to worry so much about money.  Also, can somebody tell Tim to stop worrying so much about what Cindy thinks and to think with his heart?  Cindy only does not want Casey to go to jail.  That is her only care.  I really do not think that Tim wants to leave Caylee out there all alone.  I know that in his heart he wants to find that baby girl.  He is the only one who can find her.  Maybe somebody can kidnap Cindy and put her in a closet until Tim finds Caylee.  Anybody up for the offer?

Welcome Zoo!

I read that someone contacted LP and he is calling Tim later this am.  I'm sure that Tim is looking at conditions and listening to LE, not CA.

Hi and welcome!  I, too, believe Cindy has the answers, but a closet it too good for her  .  I think we're all worried about Tim.  LP has expressed his admiration for Tim and I've no doubt he and Tim will be a good mutual support system.  I've also given some though to the "6 degrees of separation" thing and how it could be applied to TM and TES for funding.  Most of us can come up with someone who knows someone who ease some of the TES financial burden.

I really hope so, that paragraph about her not cooperating and him looking so sad lately, has me so upset.

I emailed LP, I felt it could not hurt.  I think LP is a good guy and he wants Caylee found as much as we all do.  I feel so bad for Tim.  He came here to do a good thing and gets thrown into the middle of all this muck.  Cindy should be ashamed of herself.

Anyway, I must go sleep, and hopefully when I get up, this will all have been a huge nighmare and Tim will be searching and maybe has found Caylee, and on the 6 o'clock news they will be hauling Casey out in green handcuffs off to the pokey.

Ahh, that should send me right off to la-la land.

Night all!!!

Good morning everyone!  How many times have you seen Tim cry when he calls off a search?  He said he didn't want to roll over anything if it is there.  Something upset Tim and I don't think it was the calling off of the search, in my opinion.  Keep the faith in LE and TES.  I am praying we begin seeing justice tomorrow!  Monkyhugs!

Beachgirl, Don't be sad. Everything happens for a reason. We just don't always know what that reason is.

If Tim is not going to search right now, I trust that he has a very important reason. He's not the type of man to let anyone down when it comes to missing persons. We all know that he gives his all.

Have faith in Tim and all the prayers and thoughts we have all sent up for Caylee. There is a plan here. We just have to be patient.

Gerlado....talking to Baez telling him he is a better man then his client deserves.  Baez fires back to Geraldo that he does'nt know the Casey that he knows and disagrees.  I read some article somebody wrote yesterday about Baez.  It went into his past cases and basically said he was not that experienced nor does he have a good success rate with his clients.

I trust Tim totally and would not want the weight he has on his shoulders right now about this search.  I know he will make the right decision.

Its a soupy mess here in Florida right now. The humidity is awful and there has been rain daily.  I would think it's not the right time to search...I see little difference at all in the conditions now then in September.

It was my understanding that the judge would rule on the remaining 3 motions today.  Are the Florida courts open today?

Reading through some old news articles, I was reminded that Casey has already submitted not guilty pleas and probably won't be in the courtroom tomorrow for the arraignment. A trial date will probably be set, as I doubt she will change to a guilty plea.
