I'm wondering if Lee might have some type of manic depression or emotional disability.  What guy would cry over something like his kid sister being pregers?  Really?  I grew up in a deeply religious home.  My brothers would've felt sorry for me and maybe told me I'd screwed up, but they wouldn't have cried.

I don't know.  I cannot relate either.  My brothers are just brothers.  It is weird, if I were pregges, they would probably laugh. 

Not in my family...the men have always cried. Most of us were older too so I could imagine if we were younger how they would have reacted. lol
We were and are a VERY religious family.

InSessions - saying that what was said on the stand wasn't worthy of all that emotion - Lee really upset and crying and Casey really upset and crying real tears; therefore, there must be MORE there and we need to know what it is - some secret.

I say BS.

Lee cried because this is emotional.  Because his sister is accusing him of violating her and because the family would not include him in KC's pregnancy - as Lee said:  "even after I asked about it".

I can understand Lee's feelings.  It may have been one thing not to bring up the pregnancy, per se to Lee in the early months, but once he asked about it and then maybe was told never to bring it up again or not be include in the preparations...I mean, that's hurtful.  That was his sister after all; he loved her, they were family, yet for the most important event that was taking place in his family he wasn't included.  No wonder he moved out when he could.  He felt he didn't belong.

I think Lee was so emotional as it was another example of how he was the disposable child to Cindy.  She had her Princess who could do no wrong regardless of what she did.  He has watched Cindy for the last three years and on the stand at all cost trying to save her Princess.  Just a deep wound from a disfunctional family upbringing. 

Very valid and is used as a counseling guideline ,,, but... I wont trust him unless i hear more from him and the truth

Not my family.  I can hear my oldest bros in my head right now, if this were me saying, see ya wouldn't wanta be ya, then he would pop open a brewski.  My brother was my expoloring the world buddy, we rode on our bikes together, and stuff we were not supposed to do, but none of this weird emotional stuff.

lee was jealous he couldn't cut the cord instead of George.  This family is way to wrapped up together - no boundaries.

Denial, after all Cindy was still searching for Zanaida until 6 wks ago. And Families just do strange things, 13 yrs ago my sister tells me my mom was moving from the hometown I'd grown up in, I had already moved 45 mins in another direction, grown woman, raising 3 kids, so I was like what? So I asked my mom who yea, was moving that wk-end to come babysit my baby sister's baby that was on the way. I was hurt and bitter for awhile at both of them and did not see my nephew til he was about 2 months old, of course I regret that terribly now and wish I could change it but I promise, I am not the father of my nephew, I just felt bitter about being left out of their plans. BTW, my mom didn't tell me originally because she knew I would be upset because now she would be an hr and a half away from me. We all have dsyfunction in our families.....On the flip side, if they say Lee is the father, nothing surprises me anymore about this family.

Very bizarre testimony from Lee. If there was nothing inappropriate going on between the two of them, why the secrecy? And why was he "hurt"? This is all very strange.

That is exactly what Bobo wants everyone to think....

I agree;  I also would bet that since Lee was the older brother, he was made to feel ever since Casey was born as tho he would have to parent his little sister, as I do not have a good impression/opinion of CinCin as a maternal responsible parent.

The short really are not as destroyed as Caylee's pink top was.  I'm thinking that maybe she wasn't wearing the short...maybe just that the shorts were in the car and got thrown in the bag.  Caylee could have easily been wearing the pink top and a disposalble diaper - both those items were in almost totally destroyed tatters.   But the shorts weren't so bad.

The shorts were on Caylee when she was found..one of her hip and thigh bones, I believe the reports stated , were still inside the shorts..the other was scattered.

KC was not no baby either when she was pregnant.  Not like she was 15 or something.  Weird.

I will say this aside from this case when it comes to the bonds of brothers-sisters. I grew up with my two half sisters and the one most closest to my age, we knew everything about one another that our parents never did. We protected each other and confided in each other and we covered for each other.

I would dare say that Lee knows exactly who the dad is. I think he knows exactly how Casey got pregnant. The guilt is probably killing him that he is not saying it as well as being accused of something he never did. He was Casey's bud and has now been accused by Baez as sexually molesting his sister.

I think the defense strategy of accusing Lee & George is tearing the family apart and devastating them. To help Casey, they are destroying their souls.

I've seen a picture of Caylee in that dress and scarf one of the little dogs was in the back ground. I have looked and looked and can't find it. Does anyone else remember it? Monkey hugs

They do not have tile in the living room, they have carpet. There is not a wall to the right of the door, it is open to the dining room. There are pictures in the evidence thread.

Did Cindy actually "know" about the pregnancy but they were going to give the baby up for adoption?  If she denied it & then the baby was adopted no one would know in her mind. Now she's lying because she doesn't want anyone to know at one point they didn't want Caylee???  This exact scenerio (my hubby reminded me last night when I was going off on Cindy to him) we were planning to adopt a little boy about eight yrs ago and the family backed out after he was born.  Before that though the attorney confided in us that no one in the family knew she was pregnant except her parents.
