I have to believe they have something because it was quoted as them saying "we've got her" so the State must have something compelling, but the hair samples were to degraded to pick up chloroform & evidently the above mentioned drugs - 6 months before remains were found, dam shame.

Is there a record of a psychologist for the defense coming to see her at jail.  Terry Lenamon (sp) elluded that she was Bipolar, and now this possible theory of Ugly Coping.  When a person has PTSD, they will show emotion and need intensive therapy.  Where are the therapists that are coming to access her and treat her?  There are varying degrees of PTSD, but for a person to go into shock and not be able to grieve is extreme.  But I believe, that she would have gone into a Fugue state, which would mean that she had little affect, emotion and she would not have been able to dance and party.  I once had a client that went into a fugue state because of traumatic abuse.  This individual seemed he was in a transe.

if the psych eval discovered she was bipolar I'd assume she'd be on meds for that now ... hmm

I'm familiar with bipolar disorder but wonder where her "lows" are. I've heard of people having more mania than depression but having virtually NONE of the down side??? I don't know.

Now, we do have Tony L's account of the nightmares and of Casey crying over a Caylee video ... so there is some evidence of grieving ... not at all "normal" grieving but something.

Ugly coping -- they have to tell us what she was coping with -- the nanny stealing Caylee or Caylee's "accidental" death or seeing someone else kill Caylee or murdering Caylee. What exactly was she coping with???

I really don't buy any of it and it will be tough to sell that BS to a jury. I hope!!!

The best pic of Cindy ever. Really, it's like a Glamour Shot. Without the glamour and with a lot of crazy.

Good Morning Monkeys....It's doc dump day and I'm taking my first day off since the first of the year.  I'm looking forward to spending the

You are so lucky to have the day off. Why are you up so early though? I will be at work while you are reading the documents. Good for you for your day off!! Enjoy it.

Yep, I bet you're right.  Looks like the snake that was recovered at the scene was examined for gun shot wounds but none were found.  Determined that snake died from being ran over by a car.
