I just made this into a flag from a banner I saw at Somer's house:

If anyone wants to use it, feel free to do so!

Here's one a little smaller:

That's a cool flag  Am I dreaming, do you all remember what Blink said about a SO known to the family, or did I misunderstand? Not necessarily that the family knew this person was a SO, but the family knew him

I never caught that, myself. But she very well could have said that.

Sorry I can't help ya.

Don't get mad at me please but I have a ?  Was the boyfriend home when. The other 2 children got home or when the mom called home was the boyfriend home.does anyone know if he was accounted for during the time she went gone?

That is a standard question in an investigation like this.

Few things:

Frequently, if LE gets a tip, or acts out on a hunch of a POI, they will not go public with that information because it will necessitate them identifying a suspect, in turn, they have to mirandaize them. That's the equivalent of a gag on the one person they desperately want to talk.

This crime really presents as a "known offender" to me, sorry to say. I hope I am wrong.

Bumping for NRCG.

MadMom   WELCOME  Could Somer have been lured over, by someone asking for her help?

Could she have been a normal curious kid and wandered into the abandoned house to look around and fallen victim to someone IN the house that she did not know was in there? or maybe she had been speaking to those working on the house and thought they were "friends" ,so went there when the spat happened and she ran ahead?

I'd like to know what items Somer and her siblings had on them when they were walking home, such as a backpack - has this been disclosed that I may have missed?

Just thinking about the report that she had a squabble & ran ahead of her siblings...tracing the route & how long it took her siblings to get home what was or would have been behind her

Backpack (not found yet, I understand) described below. (I have also heard it called purple and also heard it called a Hannah Montana backpack) ...I have searched over and over for a Hannah Montana backpack with hearts and skull to no avail, myself.

The white hat and scarf mentioned in TES's flyer:

IT's just almost to much to remember with all the cases going on and now they have found the body of Elizabeth Olten.............this week has been so heart breaking, I can't imagine the parents and what they are going thru. God Bless both of these families.

Somer Thompson studies in the 2nd grade in Grove Park Elementary school and her physical appearances are as follows. She is white, 3-foot-5 and 65 pounds. She has brown hair made up in a ponytail knotted with a red bow. She was also carrying a purple Hannah Montana backpack and lunch box.

Sure, she was a friendly child so I can see that happening.

I think the lunch box was part of the backpack.

Seems that is a popular style now.

Yeah, I was going through looking for Hannah Montana backpacks. I remember the mother specifically saying that.

Yes, indeed...absolutely heartwrenching.   I would definitely classify this week as a way too muckin fuch one, so sad.

TKS Brandi, now that you said that I do remember something about Hannah Montana.   So they didnt find it yet or they havent disclosed that they have.   I really want to know on average from the point that Somer left the others, how long it took her siblings to reach home...just thinking if there was a struggle that something may have dropped from Somer's belongings.   Something that I cant discern completely is bugging me about this case.

Now this report says purple backpack and separate lunch box:

Somer vanished on her mile-long walk home from school Monday in Orange Park, near Jacksonville. The 4 feet 5 inch child had her hair in a ponytail and was wearing a purple Hannah Montana backpack and carrying a lunch box at the time.
