a few things noted and some questions.

June 12 George Anthony says Caylee was seen by friends of the Anthony family in a shopping area near the Orange-Seminole county lines. She was wearing a pink and blue outfit and white-rimmed sunglasses.

The shopping Center , was it a Walmart?


June 16 Per George Anthony, Casey and Caylee leave the house at 12:50 pm. Casey was wearing gray dress slacks and a white dress shirt and carried a dark blue backpack. Caylee is wearing blue-jean shorts, a pink blouse and her sunglasses with white frames. She also has a white and pink backpack and her cloth-bodied baby doll. The little white and pink backpack was among items taken by Lee A from Tony L's house late on July 15.

George gives nearly the same description  of Caylees clothes that he does for June 12th account as when she was seen by friends?

June 16, 2008 Monday A quick summary of cell phone pings:
She was near the Anthony home from 12:20am until 4:18pm near Chickasaw Trail.
By 4:18pm she left the area of the Anthony’s house. And finally at 4:25 near Tony's apt.
Flurry of calls
4:10 to mom’s work
4:11 to mom’s cell
4:13 to mom’s cell
4:14 to mom’s work
4:19 to Tony Lazzaro
4:21 to Jesse Grund
4:24 mom’s cell

Was she looking for a baby sitter? No one answers her calls?

June 16th @ aprox 4pm J.T sees Caylee and Casey at walmart. He describes Casey as wearing grey hotpants and white or cream ruffle blouse. Near same decription George gave for what Casey wore earlier in the day. He says she had a purchase she held close as to conceal. JT say Caylee looked hot and sweaty and Casey looked fine.

June 16 Cindy returns home from work and finds the pool ladder is attached to the pool and the fence gate is open. She got off work at 6pm.

Could it be possible Casey and Caylee swam in the pool before heading off to Walmart?

On another site it was noted casey would have drove past, Gentiva, Full sail, and Lexus of Orlando before arriving at the Casselberry Walmart. And that the Walmart is just 4.8 miles past Gentiva.

Could she have been driving by to spot her parents cars?

Theres a gap in the time line between the time Casey leaves Walmart and shows up at Tonys at 7pm-ish according to Tonys statement.
Could she have waited and met up with Cindy and actually dropped Caylee off with her at Gentiva?

8:00pm-ish Casey and Tony are on tape, seen at video rental place. Per Tony’s Sept 8 interview with osco, they took his truck to Blockbuster, but on July 15, the receipt was in Casey’s car.

Casey appears on the tape to be wearing different clothes than what was described wearing by George and JT.
The clothes are ill fitting like they didnt belong to her.?

MTNMOM I'm reading your post, very informative, I now must have read it three times, what does J T say Caylee was wearing? I know I read it but can't remember. Yes, what George said Casey was wearing and what J T says Casey is wearing is very close. And yes, I noticed that also, that the clothes Casey was wearing at Blockbuster with Tony, didn't appear to be her clothes, I thought that maybe the top was Tonys  ::MonkeyConfused::

it depends on what time JT saw them at walmart. Ive read two accounts one seems to be noon but her text show her at the home area all day up untill 4:18pm and other accounts say 4 pm ish.

 Caley in my store was wearing some type of jean skirt/shorts and a purplish shirt, and at Walmart Caley was wearing some type of jean skirt/shorts and either a pink shirt or a white shirt with pink flowers on it. I also seem to remember there were some stripes somewhere but honestly cant remember at this time from what … mayber her socks? She did seem to have on some type of white sneakers which seemed normal.

Thank-you, interesting, I believe this man, but I'm wondering if perhaps the day he saw them at Walmart might have been another day, and he got confused with the days.

No Rose I do want to believe JT too. Hes says he called a number a couple of times, probably the hotline with this and they never got back to him then he finally called his local Police and they came and got his statement. If what he says is true, then I feel bad for him living with this all this time.

What Jim Thompson says about Walmart and the door he said Caylee was pushing on to get out to catch up with Casey, is not true, that much has been proven by not only Dave's video at the Cassleberry Walmart but also by a video on youtube titled Exploring Metro Orlando 1 which shows the doors entering the same Walmart and beyond the foyer. This man is incorrect about seeing Casey at Walmart, and she may have never been at Walmart at all. Possibly another store, but JT is adamant that it was Walmart. Also Dave spoke with management and long term employees and what they say matches what is in the video. No manual doors, never were.  Posters have asked JT if he has a receipt showing the date and time he was at Walmart....he will not respond to the question at all.

IDK what to think.....why does the State have him listed on their witness list tho?  They do their homework so this is really hard to figure out, for me anyway.

I do also, and I wonder why he was ignored, he certainly doesn't come across as a kook at all.

I go to Walmart all the time, I know the doors I go through are not manual in the front, but the garden center if you go in and out that way, it is a smaller door and you do have to manually go in and out. Could he have gone in and out through the garden center, a lot of people check out there because the lines aren't as long?  ::MonkeyConfused:: Now if he doesn't respond about showing a receipt showing date and time, could it be because the State has asked him not to respond, because it is critical info? Just throwing that out there as a possibility.

My Walmart sounds similiar The main doors are all the way to the right of the building if your facing it and down on the left of the building in the front is a manual door that enters into the garden center, where you find fertilizer hoses etc. right in front of the doors is the registers this is also the room where they keep all of the Christmas merchandise in Dec. From there you enter the main store into the toy section.

I outlined and filled what I see as a heart shape on the duct tape that was on Caylee's skull covering her mouth and nose......sorry for the graphic

Is this inside of the tape or the outer portion? I hate to be graphic also but that appears to be where Caylees ear was, you can see the curved portion where her nose was? There was mention in the docs the heart was about the size of a dime. Have to go make lunch right now or Id stay and look it up.

I'd really, really like to believe Mr. Thompson, but I don't.  The Garden Shop at my local Walmart does have manual doors, but he didn't say the Garden Shop.  He insists it was the entrance which he claims now has different doors than it did when he saw Casey and Caylee.  It is a simple matter for LE to get to the truth about the doors being changed and I assume they have.

As I recall, George said that when he saw Casey and Caylee leave the house on the 16th (Which I don't believe and never believed) that Casey was wearing a white blouse and gray "dress" pants and was dressed for work.  The pants he described were long pants and not hot pants or cut off jeans.  Not that I believe either of them, but it just isn't correct to say that the outfit Thompson says Casey was wearing matches in any way that which George claims to have seen that morning. 

I certainly have no arugument about the doors either I can only state how My walmarts are. Im not sure if you were refering to my statement about the descriptions of Caseys clothing by JT and George, but in any  case I mentioned the  descriptions of the clothing are similar. Interesting is by the time she gets to blockbuster she is in her little shorts.

No, I wasn't really answering anyone.  Just thinking out loud, rather posting out loud.
Maybe JT did see them.  I don't know, but there are some things questionable in his statement IMO.  I hope LE checked out those inconsistencies, because he's on the witness list and if he testifies and if he has the same story, the defense will chew him up and spit him out. 

Just a quick comment: 

Where I live, we have so many Wal-Mart's [ old & new] here and over on the Eastern Shore [ Mobile Bay area], down at the Gulf, over in Pensacola, over towards the other direction to Biloxi, and then further over in NOLA, etc. ~~ I seem to remember in my travels, many with push-out doors combined with sliding doors. 

His rendition is believable to me.  Also, I do remember when there was a dreadful riot at a Wal-Mart somewhere up in the North East, not that long ago - which could actually back up his statement in regards to why/if Wal-Mart corporate made the call for changes in their door access.

I agree, if it comes up during the trial that JT saw Casey at Walmart 6/16, the defense will chew him up. But if the State uses his testimony about other things, can the defense even bring up the Walmart Story? Sorry, I just am not educated in that area.

Speaking of chewing up and spitting out....I can't wait for George and Cindy to testify!!  ::MonkeyDevil:: ::MonkeyDevil::

I get the distinct impression that Linda Drane Burdick and her team are very thorough, dedicated, and determined to obtain justice for little Caylee.  I do not see her placing Mr. Thompson on their witness list unless his testimony was completely valid.

I went back through everything on WFTV and this was actually what I thought looked like a heart outline [ observed from the WFTV "Duct tape Slideshow" ] -- it was photo Number Six ... the speciman pinprick holes are also there ... the heart shape which I see is facing forward toward you as you are looking at it.

The basis for the NE article was the emails from Cindy to D. Casey. They were never meant for publication. I saw them in one of the doc dumps. I was horrified that she would even suggest such a thing as a human sacrifice by anyone. I just thought she was a crazy b. when I read them.

The church my GD's were baptised in is an old old faith and they believe in
the devil. As part of the baptism, they cast out the devil from the presence of the candidates for baptism. The faith is Ukrainian Orthodox. My Grandparents were Ukrainian Catholic. They also believe in the devil taking on human forms. These beliefs are part of a faith that has been going on for centuries.
The Anglican Church here does some " healing ceremonies " where the spirit
is worked on. So, I cannot fault Rev. Grund for his religion or his beliefs. I also think the main Catholic Church in Rome goes in for exorcisms.

If all the NE did was publish those emails, I don't think Grund has a basis for a lawsuit.

It just gives everyone a glimpse into Cindy's brain and in my mind, she needs to have something cast out of her. She has fallen off the edge of the world into a dark abyss. If the prosecution brings that in, the human sacrifice
that Cindy proposed, the jury will have the same reaction to Cindy and the rest of her thoughts as the rest of the real world. They should bring that in first, then see if anything else Cindy has to say has any validity with a jury.

Kat, the Anthonys (namely Cindy) will be sued & that does have merit - I stated the NE entered the firestorm the accusations have caused, the NE didnt invent the story, Cindy did & advanced it along with the rest of them that have tried to pin this on Jessie and/or his father

I believe the deposits by George were requested so it shows support & the amount increased to earlier deposits he made before her indictment, ITA^

As far as what Rev Grund said in his call in today, he called in and as at the beginning of the show so if anyone wants to listen go to that link above and there is a playback available - you can turn it off after his call, if desired (as I did).

The defense can only cross examine on what was brought up in direct.

I think the Anthony's should go to jail for their interference and be sued by everyone who they tried to toss under the bus. I will listen to the link later.
I might even buy the NE and read the entire article. 

Better yet, after the defense tries to pick them up after a few prosecutorial blows of reality over their lies & rehabiliate their scum characters, the prosecution gets to REDIRECT on what is stated during cross & that will be when the knockouts occur & the jury will remember its lasting final impression.

PS   If I had to hedge a bet today, Id say the prosecution will not call Jim Thompson & the defense has nothing to gain by calling him if they remember all he said against their client via his reported observations of her behavior and attitude toward and about Caylee.

Sassy, I haven't a clue who he is and the name is common enough that it would be like looking for the needle in the haystack. I would really love to know what makes someone send money to someone who has been charged with murder period...much less a defenseless child and her own child to boot!!  It is beyond me!!

As we said when it happened, the re-baptism was to show good faith ( ::MonkeyDevil:: ) so as to keep the money coming in. Well, it's all out in the open now, only a fool would donate to them from this point on, IMO. Of course the world is full of fools, but hopefully they will go elsewhere.

Hello, everyone...I've been AWOL for a while, due to the interference of that thing we call LIFE!  Just popping in to say "Hi," and point out that sometimes the prosecution will put a witness on their list that they have no intention of calling, just to keep the defense from calling that person. 

I have not been able to keep up with any of the document dumps in the last month or so.

Thank you janetruth, now that makes sense where Jim Thompson is concerned.

I doubt there would be need for redirect.  In fact, I doubt that Mr. Thompson will be called unless there is much more than we know.

Janetruth, I agree that they probably have no intention of calling JT.  As you say, just keep him as their witness on a list.

Maybe it's just me, but I see a heart shape, a lot like the sticker they found nearby, just above and to the left of the 1 CENTIMETER mark. If you look just above the number "1", you (or I should say "I") could see the bottom point of the heart and then the rest of it. It's at the left end of the tape. It looks about dime-sized to me.

I agree too.   They may also want to keep the defense wondering what this guy might know or might say...   A long list of witnesses can be intimidating to a defense.

What is in bold is what I was referring to.   I do not think the prosecution will call Mr. Thompson as a witness UNLESS they have direct evidence of his story being factual, meaning surveillance video of Casey & Caylee entering Walmat together-date/timestamped OR a receipt/beanie baby was in Casey's car or where Casey dumped Caylee (ugh I hate referring to that but it is what it is).   The prosecution does not need him to show Casey's behavioral pattern, temperament or illicit habits nor her disregard for the safety and well-being of Caylee, there is way plenty of that without his testimony.

No matter what he says, I still think this JT’s a total red herring! No one—not George or JT—is going to remember what some child or woman wore a month ago. There was no reason to pay that kind of attention to clothing unless one’s a member of the fashion police. Even if the child reminded him of his own. And his comments about how KC’s so called treatment of Caylee made such an unfavorable impression on him, seem rather way over the top, like he’ trying too hard to convince us of his antipathy towards KC. Which leads me to conclude (let me reiterate that this is all JMO) that there is something up with the 16th. Why was George, and now this guy, trying so hard to convince everyone that Caylee was still alive by a particular time on the 16th of June? I may be totally wrong about all this, but he’s got my hinky meter going haywire!

Your comment about prosecution getting to leave the final impression in redirect was very heartening. But that leads me to another question: can the defense, which I believe puts on it case after the prosecution, call any of the same witnesses that the prosecution had on its list? Like George and Cindy for example? Sorry if that sounds dumb.

I agree with the above. Unless there is more than we know, IMO he's after his 15 minutes.  You're right.  How does he remember the clothing in such detail? My answer is that he doesn't.   I believe LE can ascertain with no trouble when those doors were installed at that particular store.  If I were a betting person, which actually I am, poor odds indeed that he is for real.

Yes, actually they can if there is evidence that the witness may have that could not be brought out during cross examination of their testimony as called for the prosecution.   The prosecution, of course, would then ask questions based on that testimony on cross.

Im listening to that Levi Page blog radio show (never listened to him before), just started & one of the first thins that caught my ear was according to this Levi Page there has been subpoenas issued for footage of the local station (we know that is WFTV) of the tape the Anthonys used with "unique markings" around town AFTER the murder.   Hmmm...thats exactly why I passed along directly the picture find Twocents had when we were all looking for more duct tape sightings by the Anthonys after Kathi's story broke  ::MonkeyWink::  ::MonkeyWink::    This is the first I heard that WFTV's coverage was subpoenaed.   Dropping a note to ask if verfiication can be provided that it was.     Im going to continue listening

WESH-Channel 2's Bob Kealing announced last night that the state has subpoenaed the station's footage from August 2008 on a Caylee Anthony story.

The reason? The footage apparently shows rare industrial duct tape holding up a poster about the missing toddler, Kealing said.

The same style of Henkel duct tape was found on a gas can in the Anthony home and on Caylee's face when the child's remains were found in December.

"Clearly investigators want to show that this rare tape was used again and again by the Anthony family," Kealing said. "And in their view the connection between this tape and the crime scene and the Anthonys is no coincidence."

Casey Anthony is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee.

On WKMG-Channel 6, Tony Pipitone said there wasn't a lot new in the 1,400 pages of case documents released Friday. He noted that duct tape found on Caylee's mouth was the same rare duct tape found on a gas can in the home. "It's clear it [the tape] will be a key piece of evidence in her mother's murder trial," he said.

The total page count in the case is more than 11,000 and more documents will be released within a week, Pipitone said.

On WFTV-Channel 9, Kathi Belich focused on the placement of the duct tape over Caylee's mouth. WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said, "The person who placed this duct tape and put it in multiple layers, did it for one reason and for one reason only, to make sure that child could not breathe either through the mouth or the nose."

Sheaffer predicted the tape evidence is "going to be dramatic and it's going to be damning for the defense when the jurors look at this."

Good evening, all!  I certainly see what could be taken as a heart outline on the left side of the tape.  To be honest though, I wondered about the shape between the 12- 1/2 centimeter mark on the ruler.  For some reason, I thought I  had read that the sticker was over the mouth (may try to find that tonight).  If I'm reading this evidence picture correctly, the image on the right side (12-12 1/2 cm mark), seems more in line with the nose to mouth area.  JMO

*an aside- I never would have dreamed I'd be spending my free time looking at pics of things like this.  There's something to be said about for the love of a little girl and making sure the person who did this is held accountable.  So glad you all are here to expose the Anthonys' lies and get the truth out there.  What if we were all too busy or thought someone else would take care of it?  Thanks for not being too busy and making sure someone is taking care if it.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Duct tape found both on Caylee Anthony’s body and a gas can found in the Anthony family home is a rare, industrial fire-resistant tape, according to a court filing Thursday by the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office.

And prosecutors said they intend to use the evidence at trial, where they will claim Casey Anthony murdered her daughter and dumped the body -- the rare duct tape still attached to her skull nearly six months later.

Investigators believe both the gas can and the body were at one time in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car.

The industrial fire-resistant tape, marketed as “Fire Guard DUCK,” was manufactured by Henkel Consumer Adhesives, of Avon, Ohio.

Until it recently sold its duct tape division, Henkel was by far the largest manufacturer of duct tape in the nation, according to its Web site.

And, when Local 6 first revealed the same brand tape was found on Caylee’s body and in the Anthony home, her defense team dismissed that, noting how widely Henkel tape is sold.

But assistant state Attorney Jeff Ashton contacted the Henkel company, now known as ShurTech Brands, and discovered the tape found with the body and on the gas can was actually an extremely rare type of industrial fire resistant tape.

Only 134,719 rolls were sold in 2006 and 2007 in North America, according to the records submitted to the court Thursday.

That constitutes less than 0.2 percent of all duct tape sales during those years, based on more than $100 million in duct tape sales reported by the industry in 2002, the last year for which Local 6 was able to obtain data.

The odds of two pieces of randomly discovered duct tape manufactured in 2006 and 2007 being of that same, rare type approach 250,000 to 1. The odds of such a coincidence are much higher, if you factor in all the duct tape in existence, regardless of when it was manufactured, and determine how much duct tape sales have grown since 2002.

One distinction that links both samples of tape – from the body and the gas can – is an imprint on the tape, which the records indicate was added to only those Fire Guard DUCK rolls sold after 2005: “Henkel Consumer Adhesives Inc., Avon, OH 44011, MAX. TEMP. 200 [degree character] F.

That specific tape is so rare, it is not even available at Home Depot, but was sold almost entirely at Lowe’s during those years, according to the records.

Local 6 could not find a roll Thursday at a Lowe’s in Altamonte Springs.

The FBI Laboratory in Quantico, VA, has already examined the tape samples found with the body and on the gas can and reported in December that they “are comparable to one another in all physical attributes and in the chemical composition of their backing and adhesive components. Therefore, they originated from the same source roll of tape or from rolls of tape manufactured in the same manner.”

Yea, this Henkel was manufactured in Avon, Ohio - it says it right on the logo label we've seen & yet I didnt even think about where they previously lived.   Then again, this was mainly sold at Lowe's during the years it was for sale, last in 2007

Tks Tupelo I just read that searching around - I stared at that flippin logo for hours so fixated on finding other places Casey or the Anthonys used it that I just didnt connect the location it was manufactured - more I think about it though they've been in Orlando since 1989 if memory serves.

Thinking a little more about the Winnie The Pooh blanket piece.  I am sure from the evidence picture it is fleece because cotton and pol-cotton blends would not mat and separate, as wet fleece does.  Also, when fleece has been wet and dries, it dries as separated clumps.  Being that Caylee disappeared in summer, there would be no need for a fleece blanket in FL heat (exactly why Casey used it IMO-no one would miss it).  It does not appear to be worn enough to have been part of a "lovey" (a.k.a comfort blanket children carry).  Had that been the case, the fleece would have been very flat with tiny balls (think scratchy) and the design very faded. Thinking also, that Cindy may not have known that blanket was missing until the body was found (although it's arguable she knew in November when she "sent someone to those woods").  IMO, she was told (directly or indirectly) to look for black trash bags, but no one mentioned a blanket to her.  It's very interesting that she jumped in with the a blanket is missing story when it was reported that a blanket was found, but nowhere have I seen any documentation were she describes the missing blanket.  Hhhhhmmm.  Nor do I see any documentation where she offers up a theory as to how the blanket missing from her house was removed from her house.  Since when have we ever seen Cindy be quiet about anything of this magnitude?

I firmly believe they are going to match that blanket to the Anthony residence.  I pray that both judge and jurors see through "The Invisible Woman" story the Anthonys are trying to tell.  Boy that Invisible Woman was pretty busy: searching the A's computer when no one was home for neck-breaking/ and household weapons/her own name; stealing Casey's car early June, stealing it again June 15th-16th; kidnapping Caylee, rummaging through the garage for trash bags and a well-hidden buried laundry bag; picking the lock on the shed to get the duct tape ('cause only GA & CA had keys, how would she know duct tape was in there anyway?); killing Caylee; roaming the A's house to find Caylee's room and a fleece blanket; locating Casey's room and rummaging again for a heart sticker; somehow getting blood/DNA on the back porch rug; getting decomp in the back yard in two locations; duct taping and putting a sticker on Caylee; wrapping her in the blanket (or maybe just putting it in the bag with her?); putting Caylee into 2 trash bags; putting her in the back of Casey's car and returning it secretly to Casey; and fading away.
Seriously, for Zenaida Gonzales/Mary Poppins/anyone to have pulled this off, they would have first had to have access to the Anthonys' home and computers for searches.  Then, she would have to have stolen Casey's car and hit some squirrels late May/early June.  She would have had to kill Caylee, then steal Casey's car and drive to Anthonys.  She would have had to know where to find that laundry bag/the trash bags/the duct tape/the fleece comforter/Casey's scrapbooking supplies.  George puts Casey & Caylee leaving around 1:30 and Casey's computer/cell phone puts her there around 4.  So, Zenaida would have had an extremely small window to kill Caylee, get her back to the A's, find everything used, leave the backyard decomp hits, wrap up Caylee in duct tape/blanket/double trash bags/laundry bag, leave her in Casey's car, and get away. Not to mention, if she put Caylee in her own car, how could she put her in Casey's car (remember Casey had driven to "work")?  The only other way would have been for Zenaida to steal Casey's car and drive it to the Anthonys.  No one reported the car stolen and Casey was driving it around until late June.  If Zenaida had stolen the car and left the body in it, how did she leave the Anthonys?  How did Casey get home from work?  How did Casey drive it to Sawgrass to "pick up Caylee"?

The State indicated in the last release of evidence that they may use the t-shirt Caylee Anthony wore at the time of her murder to show  premeditation.

What kind of mother not only murders her child but actually picks out the outfit for the horrific act?

Casey picked out the t-shirt and dressed Caylee in the t-shirt.  Based on this theory,  Caylee’s death was  NOT an accident, not an involuntary manslaughter i.e. from a form of mental breakdown BUT was purely evil and a ”planned” murder.

Or can it be that it was just by ”chance” that Casey put this shirt on Caylee without it having anything to do with her already planned murder?
A person who looks up ‘neck breaking’ & ‘how to make chloroform” or was that just by chance Casey was just messing around innocently.

Oh and what about looking up ‘’shovel” on the internet along with ”neck breaking, chloroform” and then borrowing a ‘’shovel”after Casey Murdered Caylee… that was just by chance too…  oh I must not forget that it is just by chance that the rare duct used to murder Caylee is the same duct tape found at the Anthony’s home…    I know there is so much more but I think you get the point…. facts vs. chance

I love this. Seems cut and dry that it came from the Anthonys when they were in OHIO. While the defense may be trying to spin this in their favor. We have to remember that the people on the jury are people just like us and i would think it impossible for them not to draw the same conclusion that we have.

JMO here, it was sold in Lowes stores, they could have bought it in Orlando, or they could have visited back up in Ohio and purchased it then. I'm sure LE has checked out what stores may have carried it in Orlando and during what time frame it was in their inventory. I'm not sure where it was purchased is even important really. Just the fact that the tape was in possession of the Anthonys, in their home, and that it was found on Caylee, and that the two match is the key factor. Also that it is a rare tape, last manufactured in 2007.

Oh, TUPELO I think you're right.  George and Cindy moved from Ohio to Orlando many years ago, I think Lee and Casey were young children at the time.  The chances of their having a roll of duct tape for so many years are slim to none, I think. I would say it was purchased from Lowe's in Orlando sometime prior to 2007.  I'm sure it is a simple matter for Orlando LE to check Lowe's records to see when if ever it was in stock and sold in Orlando and if so when was the last time it was in stock. And I agree that it doesn't matter where it was bought, just that the Anthonys had it during the time Caylee was murdered.

My guess, and it's only a guess is Georgie stiff armed the duct tape from one of the places where he worked "security." Since it was a specialty tape, it just doesn't seem like something he'd just saunter into a Lowe's store to buy. I am sure this type was pricier that the regular kind, so why would you pay more if you didn't need to? What around the house would he need this particular type for? jmo

I'm glad you asked those questions because they were running through my head too......and wasn't LP on the Kronk soapbox at one time?  I can't remember all the details but it seemed there was dissension between LP and Kronk.

I don't exactly know about dissension between LF & Kronk, but Lenny has stated many times there is a "daisy chain of information" where Caylee's body would be found, and Kronk was on that chain.

Maybe. But putting tape and closing up the vent on a can stored in a hot Florida storage shed is so stupid. Also to put one in a hot car trunk like that. The pressures on that can would be huge. There is a reason for that vent. I am amazed so many people do it. But that might have been his thinking. He must have believed that would hold up better, if he bought it for that reason. JMO

From some of the receipts I saw George and Cindy shopped at Lowe's a good bit. If the tape was discontinued and not sold after 2007....Lowe's may have put it on clearance and sold it cheap!

I never actually understood what LP meant by"Daisy chain."  I know about making a necklace of daisys, as we did as children.  But in this context, did LP mean a chain of information or rumor or something like that connecting Kronk to the location of the body? I don't know, but IMO a "Daisy chain" is an innocent pasttime, whereas if what he says about Kronk and his girlfriend, or psychic cousin, or whatever it was, was much more sinister.  I don't think Kronk was connected to anyone, or at least I haven't seen any proof of a connection. IMO I do find LP very entertaining, though.

Yes, it's a trial tactic.  I've forgotten which trial that it was used in.  There have been so many over the past few years.

There is something about her that doesn't set well with me.....I guess it's that she asked for immunity BEFORE she would talk to the LE......nothing I saw in her statement would warrant immunity....so I keep hoping there is MORE. Hopefully something that was said off the record and can be questioned during trial.

Maybe Casey put the tape over the gas can when she put it in her trunk so it wouldnt spill. Wouldnt that be something if they got her fingerprints off the gas can tape..

Now, IF something was overheard the question would be did that girlfriend share that with other jail personnel or law enforcement or just Kronk & he went on from there (he did visit that area more than once & that has always stuck out to me) - if he lied was he merely protecting/concealing his source of information knowing it came from a privileged conversation?   Here is the thing, if you tie this to why Cindy "sent someone" (Dominic Casey) as she admitted to detectives AFTER the remains were found & they found nothing and this possible "overheard" conversation with Casey herself - then we would know why DC was in those woods & why he reportedly told Hoover that Caylee was dead and they had to go get her.  Also interesting to that fact is a meeting that reportedly took place after Dec 11th at the Anthony home where Hoover said in his sworn testimony that he asked DC if the Anthonys knew they went to the Suburban woods in November, present at that meeting was DC, Hoover, Baez, Baden, George & Cindy (Brad Conway arriving later).

If that is the "daisy chain" its dam'g but extremely messy.

About the duct tape & it was manufactured in Ohio, upon reflection I realized that it might be a coinidinky & just bought at Lowe's in Orlando BUT Im sure they can trace this reported 130 something thousand roll lot to see if any of it was in Orlando stores or Fanny may have a point maybe George lifted it from one of his jobs - in the end it doesnt matter the important fact is that the Anthonys kept using that same tape AFTER Caylee's murder so "Zanny" or whoever else they are trying to blame didnt have the tape, horrifying to realize they used it on missing child posters, of all things.

Sunny and NRCG.....the receipts I am talking about were in a doc dump months ago. They were from Lowe's I think for all the pavers and stuff they put in the back yard. IIRC they spent about $300 or $400 in just a few days. Sorry I don't know exactly where to find them.

There is a picture of the doll taken from the car in the big WFTV doc dump that is about 14,000 pages long. I don't know exactly what page, but it was talked about and the page # was given in the past couple of days. I can't look at those pics and docs again yet.

NRCG....the pic of the doll is on page 745 of the 1405 page docs.

I was making a flow chart of the activities on June 16th 2008, both real and imagined and I can't find anything that KC says happened with a time. Does anyone know when she was supposed to be at either J. Blanchard Park or Sawgrass apartments, please  ::MonkeyKiss::

I like Lenny (sometimes) but I think his imagination gets the better of him.
If you listen to him talk about his time spent with KC on the NG show you would think he spent HOURS with her. If you then check Tony Padilla's thread on the Websleuth site he states that Lenny exaggerates all of that- says that LP spent a few minutes with her in the car on the way home as he bailed her out- nothing of interest was said- and just a few minutes with her and the family in the home.

Thanks for posting this for review. When I re-read her statement, I think: There's no way the June 9th date was a simple mix up. She states June 9th as the day she dropped Caylee off with Zanieda. She goes on to state June 12th as the last date she had a phone call from Zani. She states June 15th as the date she had a phone call from Caylee.

I agree, also she is in possession of her car and daughter at home until after 4pm, there is a small window of approx 2.5 hours unaccounted for, then she turns up with her boyfriend looking completely happy with herself at Blockbuster...Caylee is never seen again.
I personally think in those 2 hours she gave her meds taped her up and waited for her to fall asleep or suffocate, then she traipsed off to meet her boyfriend...would like to know where the car was parked and if her boyfriend saw it.
The information about her in Walmart is interesting but cannot be validated...but if it could and she was hot and sweaty perhaps she had been in the trunk already..

Casey's Defense Wants Check Fraud Venue Change

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony’s defense team is asking for a change of venue for her check fraud trial, which could be scheduled at her next hearing on Friday.

The defense is also asking that each potential juror be questioned individually, out of earshot of the others called for jury duty.

They also do not want the jurors hearing her check fraud case to hear any of the evidence that comes out publicly in her murder case.

So they basically want a secret trial! 

What is the reason for jurors to be questioned individually? That isn't the normal process, is it?

This is the most ridiculous set of motions yet..when the defendant has already paid BOF A the money back..which to any normal person looks like an admission of guilt. 

Also the State has her on  video tape cashing those checks ..I a mean ..they should just plead her guilty on this charge and call it a day.  No matter how many circles and hoops the defense makes the prosecution jump and run through..the video's speak for themselves..as do the cancelled checks.

What a waste of time and money.

Sorry also meant to add the judge will not exclude the video tapes and cashed checks..they are evidence.  Doesn't matter rather Casey's team wants them seen or not..the tapes where she is cashing checks are evidence of her crime.  That will not fly.  Past crimes will not fly either.

Casey Anthony’s defense team has asked a judge to move her fraud trial to another county, issue written questionnaires to potential jurors and allow the attorneys to interview potential jurors individually rather than in a group, according to motions filed today in court.

The trial may begin around Nov. 30, according to court documents. Anthony, 23, is charged with more than a dozen counts, including forgery of check. She’s accused of writing $662 in checks that belonged to a friend, Amy Huizenga.

Prosecutors wanted the fraud trial to be set before her murder trial, which is scheduled for next summer. Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee Marie.

Her defense team doesn’t want evidence from her murder case to be used in her fraud case. They also don’t want anyone mentioning any ‘prior bad acts” by Anthony, such as Huizenga calling Anthony a “liar.”

They suggest the trial be moved to Miami-Dade, Palm Beach or Broward counties. They want potential jurors to answer a 10-page questionnaire, including questions about whether they have heard about Anthony, her defense attorneys or the prosecutors.

The defense points to the extensive pre-trial publicity as one reason they want to question the jurors individually and not as a group. They don’t want jurors to be reluctant to answer truthfully in front of others, according to the motion. No hearing dates have been set yet on these matters.

In the murder case, meanwhile, the defense filed another document arguing that the state prevented their experts from examining the lot where Caylee’s body was found before it was cleared by evidence gatherers. The lawyers also want to be able to reproduce the crime scene photos so their experts can review them. The computer system created earlier this year for photos in the case has limited how the experts can see them.

Hey, Fannie!  Thanks for periodically sprinkling Caylee's thread with her pics.  Wondering (once again) these last few days, with the onslaught of details, how anyone could do this to a child?  This pic is one of a just a few that really bothers me.  IMO, this pic looks nothing like the real Caylee.  She looks tired, zoned-out, possibly even sick.  In short, she looks emotionally flat.  When will George and Cindy get tired of covering for Casey?   When will they say "Enough! You stand or fall on your own."?  Will they never realize what they've already lost?  If their idea of family is that members are expendable, then I'm glad I wasn't born to them.  It's interesting that Caylee was expendable, but Casey is not.  I wonder why.

Prosecutors wanted the fraud trial to be set before her murder trial, which is scheduled for next summer. Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee Marie.

Her defense team doesn’t want evidence from her murder case to be used in her fraud case. They also don’t want anyone mentioning any ‘prior bad acts” by Anthony, such as Huizenga calling Anthony a “liar.”

They suggest the trial be moved to Miami-Dade, Palm Beach or Broward counties. They want potential jurors to answer a 10-page questionnaire, including questions about whether they have heard about Anthony, her defense attorneys or the prosecutors.

The defense points to the extensive pre-trial publicity as one reason they want to question the jurors individually and not as a group. They don’t want jurors to be reluctant to answer truthfully in front of others, according to the motion. No hearing dates have been set yet on these matters.
In the murder case, meanwhile, the defense filed another document arguing that the state prevented their experts from examining the lot where Caylee’s body was found before it was cleared by evidence gatherers. The lawyers also want to be able to reproduce the crime scene photos so their experts can review them. The attorneys for accused child killer Casey Anthony want her trial for check fraud charges moved out of Orange County.
They filed a motion for a change of venue on Monday. A judge has not set a date for the trial, but said he wanted it held as soon as possible and that the legal arguments would be relatively simple.

But Anthony's team appears to be preparing for a vigorous defense: they also filed motions asking that no evidence from her murder case or of her "prior bad acts" be allowed in the fraud trial.

In addition, the attorneys filed motions to allow private interviews with individual potential jurors, rather than in a group setting, and to have each of those called for duty to fill out a questionnaire.

Anthony is accused of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, but also faces over a dozen charges of uttering a forgery for taking checks from her friend, Amy Huizenga.

As for not mentioning the check fraud during her murder trial.... Hello! She will then be a convicted felon on trial for murder. This title states exactly what I said yesterday - YO BOZO your client is caught on tape & signed her name, she drove the victim's car to Target & her bank (she did have permission to  use the car-but that i where Amy will testify she left the checkbook)!!  Guilty...move on  ::MonkeyGavel::   This is a even too muckin fuch for this defense team.   Its a check fraud case, not murder one - its not getting all these special circumstances such as individual voir dire & a move to another county hundreds of miles away!   The defense wants the potential jurors to be truthful, well it does not matter if they are in front of an audience or in private in a court of law, they are taking an oath to do just that.  Come on now!   Regardless of the fact that even these charges are high profile due to her murdering her daughter & going on to party hardy, the case does not merit the expense of moving it to the southern most corner of the state.  Also, once again how ignorant to think that going to an area that is largely populated with Hispanics as Bozo is would absolutely convict his client because the VICTIM is Hispanic, no different than the murder trial since Casey falsely accused an innocent Hispanic woman.  The entire farce they are creating surrounding the check charges is ludicrous!   Its a wham bam, guilty ma'am open and shut case!  And why did they wait so long to file these motions if this trial is set to start as soon as Nov 30th, delay delay delay.   They should have plead these charges out whether they like the fact that she will be a convicted felon or not...pushing this is beyond ridiculous and a waste, a huge waste of time.

They dont want "prior bad acts" brought up such as people calling her a liar (and worse), hello her own mother made those assessments based on facts she now denies....but guess what "prior bad acts" comes in if it has relevance and probative value in most states.  It comes in if it shows proof of motive, intent, identity, a premeditated plan or to prove it was not an accident or mistake (prior check frauds i.e. her grandmother's)   EX:   If Casey lied about taking Amy's check book when the evidence clearly shows that she did & was with her belongings at her then boyfriend's home where the victim & the defendant's mother picked her up from the very day the victim returned home from Puerto Rico, Amy stating that Casey is a liar is relevant.   Tony Lazzaro  can testify to the fact that he found Amy's checkbook with Casey's belongings at his apartment, it doesnt matter the circumstances as to how that came about.    Casey's taking her grandmother's checks MAY come in as well.    A famous case of when "prior bad acts" came in was during Michael Jackson's 2005 case when the judge ruled that testimony of the settlement after an accusation was made  in the early 90's would come in...note that was not a criminal conviction but an accusation, no criminal charges were even filed.    While they may win on point that bringing up that this is what she was doing instead of looking for her later reported by her mother "missing" child instead of looking for her wont come in nor the fact that Caylee was murdered & was never "missing"...the rest I would be absolutely shocked if the judge even considers much less grants.

Interesting, in the first doc..point # 16 says that Andrea has never filed a motion to appear as an attorney in Florida?  I must need more coffee because didn't she file a motion to appear as Casey's attorney in the DP case?

We saw that it was filed under the docket - does she mean in this particular case OR before she came on as part of Casey's defense team, because if not that is a misrepresentation to say the least!

Capp..it says that she has not filed a motion to appear in Florida as council in the past five years.  I think Miss Andrea's students copied this out of a textbook and forgot to proofread..as obviously she did too.

Also attached to the link above is Lee's written statement.  Note that he states that Casey told him that she had "other people helping her" (search for Caylee)...that we knew he said but I bring it up again because NO ONE came forward to say they helped her or even knew that Caylee was missing nor did she name anyone that was real that could be contacted.

Its just one of those "over clarifications" - yes, one would glean from never being a member would mean they weren't an inactive member either.

Well, if Casey claimed to LE (written statement) that she stole (an admittance I might add) to find her "missing" daughter then that could be argued that SHE opened the door to the prosecution using that statement as evidence in her check fraud case...should be interesting how that plays out on Friday.

I am looking forward to watching Friday's proceedings.

These defense lawyers are a bunch of jackasses.  It is they who continually go on TV to discuss the case.  There has not been one instance to my recollection where the prosecuting team publicly uttered one word except in court. Thedefense would have profitted by their example.  It's like the old story of the person who murdered his parents and then begging for mercy because he is an orphan.

I'm surprised she hasn't filed a motion to have herself appointed Casey's sole attorney.

As I recall, the jury questionnaire for the Simpson case was 124 pages.  I think this has to stop.  There is no reason for the defense or anyone else to know the answers to some of those questions.  In fact, I think it is a violation of Constitutional rights for a court to require a citizen to answer some of those questions.  As a matter of principle, I would go to jail for contempt before I would comply. I would answer my name, age, marital status, if I had ever been acused of a crime or a victim of a financial crime, and if I could make a decision based solely on the evidence presented during the trial. That's all they and the media and the world need to know.

It says, in part, on page 7, The fact that Miss Antony (Still can't get spelling correct, geesh) is facing these other charges does not logically prove or disprove any fact that is of consequence to the outcome of the check fraud case, as the two cases are completely unrelated.

By Casey stating in her written statement that she stole money from family and friends, she herself, intertwined the two cases from the very beginning. IMO

The two cases are intertwined also because the check forgery with Amy's monies took place within the time frame of Caylee's last sighting and the reporting of her "abduction" ...  It's as a pretzel.

Yes, this is the questionnaire for the check fraud case. I agree with you the one for the murder vase will be huge.  I can't believe they would allow these motions to go out with all the misspellings and ??? able statements. Someone is going to be in T R O U B L E!  But they have no one to blame but themselves for not reading the motions thoroughly. I'd bet the Pros are laughing their azzes off!

I know they don't want her going to the DP trial with another conviction under her belt..but they have got to know they aren't going to win the check fraud case.  It is plain as the nose on their faces.  So I am thinking they will do their best..then give Miss Anthony some hard truths about what she can expect as the DP trial draws closer.  I think the attorneys are at the point they are starting to prepare her baby steps to plead out on the DP for LWOP.  If she can't hold up on the check fraud trial..they know they are done.

I think she looks lousy in these lastest pics..as well as her last few times in court.  Since Caylee's little remains were found Casey has taken a huge turn for the worse in regards to how she looks and her composure in court.  I think we are seeing the effects of some hard facts being presented by her team of lawyers to her...this girl is totally depressed........and angry.  This is the physical manifestations of that depression. 

She is being told to prepare for the long haul...remember she thought she would be out of jail by now.  She thought she had everyone snowed.  Once they brought Andrea on board ..playtime was literally over and she has been told this could result in her death.  There will be no mistrial....Andrea will see to that.  But I am sure Andrea has said I am here to save your life..not prove your innocence and I need you to get on board with that pronto.  JMHO.

PS I think Cindy is a witness on the check fraud trial because she heard it from Amy and probably from Casey.  As well, if they have Cindy's charge account statements from all her charges they probably have found that Casey was using her charges without Cindy's permission.  Gotta love the fact this girl needed to support herself somehow ::MonkeyDevil2::

That's what I stated a few pages back - that is somethingCasey stated herself and signed.    Casey also signed a sworn affidavit that she LIED to law enforcement, so yes she admitted that & provided her reason why she did, which is no excuse or defense in advance as she apparently attempted premeditately.   Casey also told Amy directly that her car smelled BEFORE she dumped it at Amscot (that fact may or may not come in during the check fraud trial) but testimony as to  Amy asking Casey to bring her to the airport for her trip to Puerto Rico & gave her permission to use her car during that week (the checkbook reported was left in the car by Amy before her trip) will come in.   When Amy went with Cindy to Tony's to get Casey the very day she got back from Puerto Rico, she later found out from Tony that he found her checkbook amongst Casey's belongings she had at his apartment (why they went to the apartment to get Casey may or may not be allowed in as testimony in the check fraud case, we shall see).  Amy found out directly from the defendant's own mother & brother that Casey was lying that evening.  Casey and her family were aware of this finding from Tony BEFORE Casey made her initial written statement to LE & was subsequently arrested the next day,  7/16/08.    To me Casey herself opened the door, & her attorneys paying the bank back on her behalf sure doesnt help her cause.    ::MonkeyNoNo::  I cannot wait for Friday's hearing.

If not right in open court, you can bet the judge is going to look "the circus crew" dead in the eyes and say something to the effect that the State is not going to bare the tax burden of its citizens for a  "wham, bam, guilty ma'am open and shut case" check fraud case regardless of the fact that it is high profile due to her felony murder and agg assault on a minor charges pending her death penalty qualified murder trial.

Sometimes the phrase "Be careful what you ask for" comes to mind

Casey Anthony’s legal team wants her check fraud case moved out of Orange County, Fla. On Monday they filed a motion for a change of venue asking the case be moved to Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, or Broward County.

The defense has also asked that no evidence regarding her murder case be brought up in the fraud trial.

Additionally, Casey’s lawyers have asked to interview potential jurors privately, rather than in a group setting, and for each of those chosen for jury duty to fill out a questionnaire.
Casey is charged with the first-degree murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony. The fraud charges against her stem from accusations that she stole and forged checks that belonged to her former friend, Amy Huizenga.

You know it....no doubt in my mind that would happen but there is always a backhand to a stunt like that - you cant get around the fact that this beautiful babygirl was dumped there allegedly (Id say factual) by her mother whose car evidenced death in the trunk & items from her home were found with the remains.    The more they attempt to argue "some other dude or dudette did it" the more guilty their client looks& the only ones that they are kidding about that fact is themselves.

Inquiring Minds Need To Know

I've always been of the opinion not to run from lies and attacks but to expose them to the Light of Truth.  That's why things that hide in the darkness hate the Light. They are just like roaches when the Light is turned on they stand still hoping that you don't see them but learn all too late that not only do you see them but you intend to do something about them.

Over the last year I've come to realize that there are many of you out there that still care about Caylee and the outcome of this case.  So, I want you to be able to discuss this latest bizarre turn of events with clarity and the truth, which is so sorely lacking from this story most of the time.

On Friday October 9, 2009 a new issue of the National Enquirer hit the stands.

The glaring headline is "The horrible truth about what happened to Caylee".  One would think at this point the National Enquirer stumbled on to something that no one else from law enforcement to the FBI had discovered.  If you looked at the link for the online version of this article you'd be led to believe that law enforcement had discovered something new.  In the very html code it says "police theory".

However, when you turned to page 34, you would find an article supposedly taken from information in the recent September 29, 2009 evidence release.  In the opening paragraphs we are greeted with the first shift in the story.

In a bizarre twist to the Caylee Anthony murder case, an investigation was launched to determine whether the 2-year-old toddler was killed in a human sacrifice ritual.

The ENQUIRER has obtained official case documents from the Orange County state attorney's office in Florida that show the subject of the family's inquiry was Richard Grund - a self-proclaimed Christian minister who says he can cast out demons as head of an exorcism group he calls the "Supernatural Response Team."

The writer wants you to believe that there was an actual investigation into these bizarre accusations.  If a boat were "launched" with the same effort this "investigation" was launched it would still be in dry dock.  And, as Bill O'Reilly would say, the spin starts here almost immediately.  I will save an expose' on all of the lies and misinformation for another time but let me address a few of them.

"Self-proclaimed Christian minister"  is a phrase you will see a lot on the Topix forums by certain Internet trolls who claim to be working for and with the Anthony family private investigator.  When ever they have nothing else to say they bandy that one around.  The writer may have given away his sources on this article right there in the second paragraph.  If this writer had checked his sources or confirmed the information fed to him he might have found out the facts are exactly the opposite.  When a local news reporter spoke to me to confirm the accusations fed to her about me she was shocked when I rattled off where and when my credentials started (1992) and that it was not on the Internet but with a major denomination she realized her sources were wrong.  It's my personal opinion that phrase and this article are nothing more then an effort to attack, defame and discredit me.  Maybe so but truthfully it's also free promotion of a 21-year ministry that has personally helped over 300 people worldwide.  Free publicity...such a deal!

I have to ask though did he or anyone actually listen to the audio of my testimony, read any of the teachings or audios on the various sites.  If they had they would have noticed that I did not participate in satanism, which involves ritual human sacrifice, but forms of witchcraft and the New Age before being delivered from all of that by the Blood of the Lamb.  The author admits I am on some sort of anti-satanic crusade and he's right.  EVERY ONE WHO BELIEVES IN YESHUA/JESUS IS ON AN ANTI-SATANIC CRUSADE.  It's the very heart of what we are called to do.  Just by being a Believer in the Lord as Messiah you are "anti-satanic".  So, in a sense, this writer isn't just mocking me he's mocking anyone who believes as I do and that would mean HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF PEOPLE.

Genesis 50:19-20 ( NKJV ) Joseph said to them, “Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God?  But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.

I believe that out of this misguided effort to attack me and create misdirection for the defense people will get the help they need and didn't know where to find it.  When that happens I will tell them who they can personally thank.

Let's address another interesting tidbit - According to the police documents, Casey's mom Cindy Anthony at one time wondered if Richard and/or Jesse might be connected to her granddaughter's murder. "At one time"?  Didn't this writer read more of the documents then the one page this particular email was on?  This accusation against Jesse or myself has been propagated repeatedly in law enforcement interviews and documents since late July 2008.  I have to wonder if the dilution of the facts or ignoring of these facts indicates some sort of connection between the writer and subject.  Just a personal observation IMO.

I've made no effort to hide what I do for the Kingdom of God.  It's on any of the websites or pages I have.  I am proud of what I do to help set the captives free in the Name of the Lord (Luke 4:18).  I do it for His glory and receive no personal gain from it.  Freely someone helped me in my time of need and freely I help others.  Regardless of the lies of the P.I.'s team of busybody women my team and I do not get paid for anything we do.  In fact, we raise our own funds to travel to where ever we are asked to come.  We will not take money from the people in need and if we cannot raise enough to cover our expenses we will do it out of pocket if we can.  Only one time did we allow a family that was desperate for help with their teenage son fly me and another person to Rochester, New York.  They had been turned down by every church and psychologist they reached out to once they determined the problem might be spiritual.  It was and the Lord healed that young man within 45-minutes of our ministering to him.  He has never had another problem.  If you want to mock what I do and ridicule it that's fine.  A tree is known by its fruit and the fruit of this ministry has been good and for God's glory.

And again I have to thank the writer for telling the World about my various web sites.  It will save them time and help them Google it for themselves.  OR, they could have just come to this My Space page for anyone of those links.  Right there on this page for everyone to see.

We all know by now that the email between Casey's mother and her private investigator dated February 26, 2009 (not 2008 as is written in the article) is found on page 8091 of the evidence documents.  We also know by looking at the page the writer conveniently leaves out some information out. I was not only called a "whack job" as reported it also states some other more scurrilous things such as "militia boy", "racist" "demeans women", "total whack job".  I guess to be insulted by someone like this man is a compliment actually.  It would be insulting to be liked by him that's for sure.  That would mean I wasn't doing something right.

Let's do some of the reporter's work for him and look at the actual document released as a public record so we can all view it without worrying about those annoying confidentiality warnings - you know  - the kind that really have no power, are unenforceable and are invalidated the minute the email is forwarded from the original recipient.

What do you think?  Did the writer leave out certain comments and accusations against me because they would have made someone other them me look bad?  Did he miss or ignore some juicy tidbits to report because it wasn't about me?  I don't know.  Just another IMO!

Now, let's cut right to the last 5 lines of the piece.  In a final effort to do damage control and present a semblance of actual reporting the writer states that this investigation wasn't done by actual law enforcement but was a private effort on behalf of Casey's mother.  It states that The police documents show that Cindy Anthony's private eye found no evidence to link Grund to Caylee's death. Police are convinced they have the REAL killer behind bars: Casey Anthony.

Wait a minute!  Doesn't the final 30 words of this "article" clearly show the front page headline to be deliberately false and misleading?

Let's see if we can help them spin this.  Hmmm, is it the horrible truth that this can't be pinned on Jesse or me?  Yup, that would work.  Or, is it the horrible truth that the police already have their suspect and do not nor have they ever considered Jesse or me suspects?  Yup, that works too.  Or, is there no spin at all and the intent of the headline and the article is to mislead you with the hope you never read the article to the end and cause a deliberate misdirection toward me with the intent of muddying up the jury pool?  I don't know.  Just another IMO!

So, inquiring minds, you decide for yourself what you think about this.

What this has done is inspired me to begin to teach and explain about what I do with SRT and have done in ministry for many years before SRT was formed.  You can either ignore this or recognize that Yeshua/Jesus was the greatest supernatural man to walk this Earth and we teach little to nothing about that third of His ministry.  He was the most "paranormal" person in all history.  The first teaching in this line is entitled There Is A Darkness In The Land.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.  If you wish to share it please ask first so that I know where it goes.  Keeping paying attention.  I doubt this is the last we will hear of this or such efforts.  We have 8-months before a possible trial which means plenty of time for more bizarre silliness to take our focus off of Caylee's death and her mother's accused involvement in it.  All of this other stuff is nonsense.  We have the loss of a child and the potential of another life being lost as well.  And, what we are talking about is this.  If that's not satanicly inspired I don't know what is?!

IMO, George never did have any morality. He is one of those guys that goes from job to job, hoping to get fired and sit on his ass until his unemployment runs out. He married Cindy b/c she had the potential of keeping a roof over his head and food on the table. He dreams of winning it big in the lotto or gambling online, but never, ever for hard work.
