Good Morning, breakfast looks good 

I had oatmeal.How boring is that.   
I need some junk.   
Gotta walk the digger dog.BRB.   

Boring yes, good for you though, I'm going to have a donut  I had lost 20 lbs when I was weighed at the doctor  so I figure why not gain it all back 

I wish I could lose 20 pounds No Rose. When I'm depressed I eat like a hog. If I don't stop eating, I will begin to look like Andrea Lyons. That reminds me, I am getting my hair cut off because it is starting to look like hers. 

    Believe me, no way you are going to look like that Big Bertha. I really think she has way to many male hormones, she looks like a man in a dress  Her hair needs a good conditioner, and she needs to retire the children's barretts.

Me too JSM, or they don't work at all, or they work for awhile and you get excited only for them to stop working soon.  Josef looks like a Mr Josef to me, he cracks me up when I see his picture, I don't see many dogs like him, so Mr Josef it is. He actually reminds me of my neighbor's dog Hawk, they are about the same size, but other than that they don't look anything alike, but they both seem to have the same personality. 

When I was watching 48 hours last night, they had a commercial for a new antidepressant. I thought it was ironic they would air that commercial while the Ants were on tv. I guess they knew that the audience might just need some after watching that show.

Does Mr Hawk bark at all the birds in the air, that is Josef's new thing to do in the morning. I bet my neighbors are too please about that. He does have a personality that is beyond belief. Last night when I was talking to my neighbor, her kids were loving on him. He just laid down in the driveway let them pet him, he kissed them. He was a perfect angel. Then this morning, I couldn't get my sweatshirt on quick enough for him, so he came and bit me in the butt so I would get going faster. This weather makes him so fighsty.

  Hawk is so funny, he will be laying in his yard and he just wags his tail when he sees Zoe, then Zoe will bark at him to get up and come over to see her, sometimes he will, sometimes he just lays there looking at her to shut up. The other day I ran into Hawk's owner and Hawk while on a walk, and Hawk would not stop humping Zoe, but he wasn't to sure how to do it, even though the dog is seven years old  I know it probably hurts when Mr Josef takes a bite out of your butt, but I laugh because I never heard of a dog doing that before. I'm sure it is a love bite.

 Good Morning Sassy and Trimm and anyone else I forgot. Hope you feel better this morning Sassy, I hope you didn't watch 48 Hours, that would have made you sicker. I'm glad that several people on Caylee's thread last night kept us up to date on what was happening on the show.

That's great you lost 8 pounds. I didn't do a thing, I guess stress did it. I use to eat like a pig when I would become depressed and stressed, now I don't care to eat.

That's great you lost 8 pounds. I didn't do a thing, I guess stress did it. I use to eat like a pig when I would become depressed and stressed, now I don't care to eat.

Not eating will do it.   My biggest problem is that when I exercise, I want to eat.   So now I'm carefully watching fat grams and carbs.    I just don't understand why they can't invent a pill to make you skinny.

I have skated with him, and that is the sweetest, down to earth boy you would ever meet. Just thought if you monkeys wanted to watch some skating, it is on around lunch time I think. I am going to miss the first part of it cause of church.

I tivo'd the show last night.   Actually, I have a season pass on the 48 hours show - so it was going to record it automatically, anyway.   It was BS.   But I love Morgan.   If the people down in Miami were watching it, I'm sure they didn't think much of what KC did to Zaneida.    I think they should have showed the part of Cindy's depo with Morgan when she tells Zaneida that she is "cute but no 10".   

I tried to view the show as though I never ever heard of KC and I still got the feeling that that biotch was guilty as hell.   You just can't explain away the 30 days, not reporting Caylee missing no matter how hard you try.  And watching Bozo is like watching a used car salesman - he just reminds me of a schiester.   Karma is coming for KC.   I just hope Karma also comes for C&G.
