disappointed in Cindy today...how much crap is she gonna take from Casey? Cindy and George can love their daughter and not want her put to death. But they still need to do the right thing for Caylee..

I'm a grandmother of a beautiful little girl and I don't think that I could act the way that CA and GA act towards their daughter after hearing all the evidence that the state has put out there.   Just don't think I could do it.

I have a grandson also , but I know in fact I would love them both and it would be hard to testify against my daughter but I would do the right thing, I would still everyday tell my daughter that I love her  , I think thats is exactly what Cindy is doing ....., but I could be wrong waiting on DT, I hope not if so I think they will have to answer to the man upstairs

I wonder why Casey just didn't put Caylee in the pool to drown and then she could have feigned horror that her child had drowned in an accidental drowning..Saying that she slipped out of the house when Casey was in the shower/bathroom.  then she could have called 911 and she would still be out going to Fusion and hosing around like she wanted to do.
Cindy and George would have been of course upset but would have forgiven her because it was after all, an accident..

Apparently, they are public records and this news station requested them.  They have not posted them all nor has any other new station that I am aware of.  They seem to be posting bits here and there that they find of interest.  I guess after the trial is over we may see them all.  I do not know of a location to see all of the side bars.

I have also wondered why Casey didn't drown Caylee and then say it was an accident, which has led me to ponder that maybe she "accidentally" killed her with the chloroform.    I really don't see the state getting the DP in this case.  Although, the duct tape throws a monkey wrench into the sitch.  There was no need for duct tape if Caylee accidentally died.

I also think the defense has just totally blown this case.  KISS - keep it simple stupid would have worked much better in this case.  Casey was on the phone, Caylee got into the backyard and pool, Caylee drowned, Casey panicked, put the body in the car, then dumped her all because her mother was always after her because she was a pitiful mother.  Casey put the duct tape on her to keep the bugs out of her beloved child's mouth and nose.  But no, they had to drag George and molestation into it.  They blew it.  Fortunately.  None of that story even comes close to making sense.

It has been reported that she is not on meds..this info comes from the jail account..she is just a cold hearted bitch who can sit up there and watch/listen to accounts of her child's REMAIN and not react!!

Sunny does her jail account show all her meds as purchases..just wondering why Hippa laws would allow them to be shown.

HIPPA allows some things to be made public.  In this case they just showed that medication was administered, but not what kind of meds were given.  HIPPA will also allow medical professionals to give information on when a patient is seen and what department, but not which doctor, what type of doctor or what the patient is being seen for.
