That's strange she was calling Tony from Fusions.  I really think she got her hair done at JCP and nails.  Maybe they consider that part of the circumstantial evidence because it shows her lack of regard for her missing daughter.  Could be that simple

I think she got her nails done to get rid of the dirt etc. under her fingernails

If this is true I want to know why Cindy did not choke the life out of her for good this time when she had the chance. 
We could be over thinking this by assuming it was a purchase of goods rather than an upgrade on look...I said it before and I will say it again, we are giving her too much credit in the brains department.

These are just a few text messages Jesse sent Amy that I found odd, somewhat suspect:




I suppose there is more than one way to read each comment, but I just found them odd.

What is Jesse so adamant that Amy not tell anyone?  That is very strange.

I recall seeing those and thinking they were very suspicious, but after I read Amy's texts that were corresponding, they didn't seem that way at all.  As I recall, Jesse didn't want anyone like the press, friends, etc knowing about the squirrel texts between KC and Amy - and that the information would help LE.  If it wasn't so late, I'd look it up, but I don't think I have it in me tonight.  Does anyone else recall this?

 

Obstruction of the investigation!!!

In these July 20th text messages to Amy ... Jesse is concerned about the revelation of Casey's "squirrel" stories to explain away the ordor.  Did Jesse know beyond a doubt that forensic testing of the decomposition would reveal that Caylee had been in the trunk of Casey's vehicle?   Did Jesse realize that the "squirrel" text messages that Casey sent to Amy on August 25th would have serious implications?  Was Jesse attempting to protect Casey?

According to Jesse in the September 20th Geraldo interview ... Cindy had accused Jesse of placing Cayle in the trunk of Casey's vehicle.

I would like to think most people can be open minded.  So why doesn't CA, GA, LE or any one, give us something to believe Caylee is still alive.  One small piece of evidence.  The A's go on and on how they believe 110% that Caylee is alive.  Well, they most know more then we do.  So, again, give us something, one small piece of something to say "ok maybe" she is alive.  I would like to think, then more people might look a little harder and really try to help them find an alive Caylee.  Please, we would all love to find little Caylee alive.  There is not one person in the world that would want to have this kid turn up dead.  But we are faced with facts, evidence, pictures, video's, interviews from friend, etc. that say/point to something different.  What do they expect us to think/say.   And I think that's why makes some people so angry at the A's.

This is true, Lisa.  Otherwise, there is no point in these shows interviewing the A's and giving them money for the same ol' bs.  It's the same thing just different channel.  OK...we know their position already.  If they are not going to help us, help them, then shut them up already.  Save it for trial.
