It's easy to setup, but at the cost of slowing down access to your web page a bit.

Not me!
Now both of our docs are in da cage!
I usually stick Justin in a hot shower with the bathroom door closed to loosen up his bronchial tubes and any gunk.
Mom is coming home tomorrow!

Actually I did some retail therapy earlier.... got a great steal on some Donald J. Pilnars (sp) they were orginally $320 and I paid $74!!!!
Gorgeous black stilleto heels with straps that criss cross in the front....
Carnut, I think they are blaming you but they leave when I come on.... every time...

Good news that your Mom is being released. Yippee!!
Vicks vapor rub on the chest and under the nose can help too.

Yeah, the worst thing about off site routines like that is that your page loading is at the mercy of the connetion to the site of the routine and traffic on the routines server.
Even if your web page is on a fast low traffic server, adding off site routines makes your page a slave to the speed of those other servers and connections to anyone loading your page.
Ya just gotta figure out your values in life and what is important fast page loading or page information.
But then again the best thing is to setup your own webserver, then all that info is actually available from your own server anytime or way you want to go get it.

Well, if you have ever formatted/reformatted a harddrive and installed an OS on it, then you can easily setup a webserver.
Actually if you can install something like Windows Office on a PC you can setup a webserver.
