I don't find that encouraging. The obvious stuff up until now is simpler and more "common sense" to me. This technical stuff can get very tedious and allows for "one scientist vs. another".

Is there any evidence that the state had sealed and so we don't yet know what it is? Have we seen Crime Scene photos? I haven't gone to look, because honestly, I am going to have to skip that part. I can't handle that sorta stuff. Sorry. Weak monkey.

They won't show us them. as far as I know, like bones or hair.

True, however didn't she say she could not judge someone by what others say? Maybe she can judge by the technical facts...

Isn't this the woman that didn't know what 'forensics' means?  I just don't trust the farmville lady.

None if these samples were contaminated were they???

I think the Duct Tape was.

There was something that had cross contamination.  I don't reemmber what the item was.  Could've been dt.

I think the duct tape had a fingerprint or something, they have no clues who it belonged to.

I believe they know exactly whose fingerprint it is.  It was a technician who accidentally contaminated it. 

Oh ok thanks. ot good at all. How is that going to play out?

So I'm still catching up. I'm thinking something..I think the parents and Lee knew that Casey did something from the beginning. All the visits and conversations don't feel real. It's like they are spending the whole time trying to get information out of her. I think they knew. Also this chick is crazy. She cries because she wants out of jail..she said something like I wish with all my heart I could get out of here. I would have thought she would wish with her heart that her daughter would be ok. But hey..that's just me.

Per Kathy B baez hoodwinked the A's into turning over his records! he told them they were going with the accident theory got the records and then told them about the rest of the story!!

I am thinking his attorney could claim fraud on that.

i'm waiting for a reply from a source if I can post on here.  I was told that Baez has had them for sometime.

I was told the same thing......back to Brad Conway's days.  So if this is fact (and  have no reason to doubt that it is not), JB has had them quit a long time...AMBUSH!!!!
