To everyone that has sent a prayer my way for my parents, thank you.  I am back home taking a break for a little while.  Needed to work a few days (work for the hubs).

JSM - You and 4Donks are the "Rescuers"!!  So glad Rex found you - I was wondering the same thing as Bearly, if he was micro-chipped.  Too bad he wasn't and it would have been simple to find his home.  I have Chubs and The Criminal chipped.  Of course, Chubbie isn't going anywhere - Cad The Criminal is another story...

Anyway, the time will be right when you find the perfect pup for you.

Sister, I know you are missing your Nordie. 

Thanksgiving will be the in-laws.  The whole fam damily.

On another note, where has Zoo been?  Haven't seen her around in awhile, has anyone?

Off to work and a haircut today!  I love haircuts!!

Haha - I have been going to the same guy for 20+ years and it is pretty much the same bob I have had all these years.  He straightens it and it looks great that way - but I can't seem to do it like he does when I get home - nor do I want to spend that much time.  He puts a few layers in it so with the humidity we have here, I can kinda do the wild look without spending much effort on it.  (Lazy)

Yes, Yes, Yes!  I laugh out loud at the one where she has the cake icing decorating thing and she talks about how she hasn't slept in days and the icing is dripping all over the place.  I have a friend that is a go-getter, never sleeps and is a real Martha Stewart.  It reminds me of her...GO, GO, GO.

Target did a good job on those ads - appealing to the "frantic woman"!!

Caddy, sounds like my haircut too. Looks great when she does it, but is a pain for me to straighten it when I am in a hurry, so usually the front looks decent, back not so much.
