Sorry to be flip but will he testify that there was pool water present? I find it impossible to believe thta Dr. G would not have done a procedure during an autopsy if it was required and neccessary.

I have no idea where he is going with this? HELP.

That is exactly what I'm wondering. I think this guy does come across as credible. So, I hope Ashton and discredit his testimony. Don't throw bananas...I'm speaking from a position of trying to pretend I don't know anything about this case, as if I were a juror...listening with fresh ears. So, what can he say?

He is such a liar for hire it is scary, but IMO he always shows his true bias and just look at his list of high profile cases he offered crazy opinions on for the murderer always....why is that, of course it is due to the almight dollar. I watched him in the PS trial state he had NEVER seen a intra-oral gun shot wound that wasn't a homicide, I was able to find 5 in 10 minutes...also when asked about the $$ aspect he flipped out. He testified for OJ, Scott P and Casey (nuff said).....I will post more about him and Baden in the break room if anyone is interested in what I dug up on them yrs ago. I do hope the judge gives an instruction to the jury on him considering what he did in the interview with Tony P railing on Dr. G, they were going to give an instruction similar on Dr. Henry Lee in the PS trial, but he never showed up to testify as he got lost in China LOL. The experts Bozo has brought in are the same scum that testified in that trial so of course we know it's all about money and high profile cases.......absolute whores who care nothing about justice just padding their pocket and 15 minutes of infamy

I would have listened to Dr. Spitz if I was on the jury. I have heard of him and he did have a good reputation. Seems past his prime in his present state today.
Most of these jurors are younger than me and probaly never heard of the man. If they were laughing during his testimony, then they weren't viewing him as credible. He wasn't riding on his own past coattails.
I didn't see his entire testimony, but when he left the stand he didn't seem to know where to go and Cheney Mason had to help him out.

Unless he had a viable theory as to how the manidble was found with the rest of the skull
after Hurricane Faye and the animal acitivty unless the duct tape held it in place, then anything he had to say today was useless.

he did a very scientific experiment....  putting duct tape on his skin, and ripping out his arm hair.    how much did Bozo pay for that bit of science?

He stated in the Tony P interview (which everyone should watch and see what a senile fool he really is) that he hadn't billed anyone YET and that he couldn't remember if he had signed a contract.....ummm, whatever. I do remember trying to understand him as his accent is so hard to get past and same thing with Dr. Lee, neither can be understood clearly and both are LFH (liars for hire)

My hope is that they are noting how this witness doesn't know the facts of the case and how angry he is getting so they can point it out during deliberations.

IMO Werner Spitz is willing to bend the truth a bit.  It is he who was solely responsible for Andrea Yates winning her appeal after she was convicted of first degree murder.  Spitz testified that Yeats had seen a documentary concerning women who drown their children which was shown a week or so before she killed her own children.  He said he knew this because he had participated in producing the documentary.  There was a slight problem.  The documentary had not been shown prior to Yeats drowning her children.  Her appeal was based and won on that and some other things, but it was that misrepresentation which got her a second trial at which she was found not guilty by reason of insanity. 

I have no respect for these "Hired guns" like Spitz and Lee.  Any story will do so long as the pay is good enough.  IMO we're seeing a demonstration of that principle right now.  After all, LKB was said to have told that so-called witness yesterday that there was no money now, but there would be money later.  Books? Movies? TV shows? TV series?

On that NBC show last night, most of which I didn't watch, Dateline, whatever, she appeared at the end sitting on a stool wearing some kind of orange sweater pulled over her butt.  This woman should not wear orange pulled over her butt.  In fact, she needs to call Nutrasystem or Weightwatchers at once.  I wonder while they were doing her face, they didn't tackle that ample rear with their liposuction apparatus.

That wasn't Spitz......although I would put nothing past him, that was Park Dietz.....damn, never realized how close their last names were until you mentioned Spitz.

I hope someone can answer this.  If JP proceeds with comtempt proceedings, will this also leave skid marks on the record and underwear of the entire dufense team or only Bobo?  I would think (and hope) that since this is a DP case and Mumbles is the DP qualified and senior lawyer he would get the splatter from these shenanigans as well.  Wonder if he is having fun yet?
