In reference to the lie detector test....in class today we had access to one and used it.  We were studying the respiratory system, and that ties in with it.  Our professor was quick to let us know that he has administered many, and if you are a habitual liar you can easily pass a test.  So they arent that important anyway.  I know that medications could in fact alter one...especially benzo meds.  They could actually make one pass that was lying.  The medication would relax the nervous and resp system to where no impulses would show a person was lying.

EXACTLY! Nejame says that Cindy cannot take a polygraph because she is medicated. Well, that would only mask her LYING -- not make it appear she was lying unjustly!!!

It's probably to be expected that the Anthony's would have PR people on the web as well as on TV.  We are most likely not the only board they have joined.  I'm wondering a bit why only George's "friends" are vocal in his defense.  Don't Cindy and Lee have "friends" to gather sympathy for them?  Or are they too hard-core to be befriended?  j/k

I'm not criticiziing CA for being on meds, if they are being used to get her through this horrible time in her life. Believe me, if this had happened to my family, I would want strong prescription drugs to keep me totally sedated!!! But...if the meds are enough to interfere with a polygraph, how are they affecting her reflexes while doing other things...like driving a car??? Maybe LE should take this into consideration while observing her driving like an insane person while dodging the press on a busy Orlando street???

I wondered about Cindy driving Casey to and from Baez's office, also.  She does not seem to be in any condition to be driving, especially if on meds.

I'm not sure but I wouldn't be too concerned about the way Cindy words things right now.  It really looks like she is medicated and so she may be misspeaking.

I am surprised Cindy's attys have not told her to quit running off at the mouth. That is common knowledge. Do not say too much. Keep it simple.

Right.  Nejame is prevaricating, as all lawyers do.  No lawyer in his right mind would publicly allow a client to take a lie detector test.  He might administer one himself, in private, if he didn't believe his client, but he's not going to submit a client to a lie detector test in a public forum.  No, no, no.  Ain't happening.

Oh yeah, about KC defense counsel, we won't see a Death Penalty qualified attorney on site until/unless the State Attorney goes on record that he/she is IN FACT seeking the ultimate sentence of Death in this case, that is when we will see that move made, no sooner.

Didn't I tell you they would have some EXCELLENT evidence in those maggots? They will be able to tell a lot more than Casey thinks just by that alone! Very sad all around. I believe she will eventually talk when her butt is up for the Death Penalty. Think about it - she cares about her and NO ONE else. When it's about her - she will talk.

YES they are too hard-core to be befriended? I think the high five move was the end for Lee.  I think pretty well all of her words and actions have doomed her.

Don't you think Nejame is just biting nails when he sees both George and Cindy's interviews today?  He worked so hard to portray George sympathetically yesterday, even down to the courthouse step interview.  Then, they go and spout off today with the same old, same old.  Nejame is probably fit to be tied right now.

CA is becoming quite the "star" these days and for someone who despised the media a couple of weeks ago, she's really loving it now. I guess being picked up in a limo for interviews with major networks is really tough. I think I heard on one local station last night that they were reviewing offers for interviews with major networks to see who had the best offer.  Keep those $$$ coming......

Point taken and I wonder about her ability to drive myself.  She has appeared to be medicated for a long time now, IMO.

You're right.  I do think that will be the ultimate bargaining chip.  It will be interesting to see how it plays out.  I really hope Tim finds Caylee's body before Casey agrees to tell where she is.
