Better living with pharmaceuticals y'all.  I am a firm believer in The Epidural.  I'm sorry for your discomfort Des.  COUld be worse, you could have had walking pneumonia that led to pleurisy.  I did and couldn't take a thing.  I kow some things are safe but I'd rather not chance it.
