I'm going to "pull a Clinton" here..  he may not have said that Casey WAS a suspect, but that her behavior was SUSPECT.   That could have been what he meant.

OMG! Bozo had made a point of Yuri turning to the jury to answer questions and suggested he was taught to testify persuasively. . He just taunted Yuri with "I notice you aren't turning to the jury anymore, could you please turn to the jury and tell them she was not a suspect during the interview."

Objection: sustained.

he said that the jury's job is to assess all the evidence so of course he is going to direct his responses to them   ::justice2NJ::
