Dr G being asked a lot of questions, she does not want to comment on most, it is an active murder investigation.

Remains are completely skeletonized, no trauma to the bones prior to death.

ME notifies the jail to get a chaplain to notify the next of kin. She said they notified the grandmother too.

Dr. G:

Protocol is that a chaplain notifies next of kin (Casey). The Grandmother was also "reached out to". I assume that means a chaplain told Cindy as well.

A large percentage of the bones have been recovered. A Child has many more bones than an adult. Many of those tiny bones have been recovered. They have done a superb job of recovery of those small bones.

Next of Kin will sign a release for a funeral home.

I'm glad some of you can still see & hear it.  The satellite feed here was choppy.  My fox channel is now black with a note saying 'Poor quality signal'.  Maybe the local weather.

I'm not 100%, but it has to do with ruling out other causes such as natural and suicide.  (It differs from state to state.)

This news is so sad.  We all knew it was her, but to actually have it confirmed.  Poor sweet little girl.  I hope they put Casey in general population so she can get the sh** beat out of her, then SLAP her with the death penalty!

I think the reason they do not have COD right now is b/c its going to be found out through the Toxicology reports that she overdosed due to chloroform. And this furthers my theory that the ducttape was used so that when Caylee came out of the drugges state she wouldn't cry or make noise so people would hear her.
