The article I read said Ms Lyon had a 5 year old child..that was 2005..so the child is now 9 years old.

this is the first time in australian news I have heard this,  They are making casey look innocent.  She has a new lawyer, a fat woman with long wavy hair, sticking up for her?  Spew emoticon.  Saw Brozo on Aussie tv, he still believes casey is innocent.
Maybe they will send the trial to  australia, I bet there is more than me here following this story?

Good day Lucinda!   Bozo said she is innocent but that doesnt mean he believes it     The beauty of the internet is that even though you may not get US broadcasts, you will be able to see everything on web sites that offer livestreams - this case did indeed go global and it will continue to...you might see more coverage during the trial being shown where you live but if not you and your aussie friends can follow online.

PS sentenced to 19 years to life. So much for LKB doing anything besides costing the taxpayers the expense of a 2nd trial.

Does everymonkey agree that there is NO way that they can stick with the nanny story? UNLESS, she claims that CA or GA is/was the nanny? Atleast that is what I believe. The nanny story as we know it (being ZFG) is never going to work. Monkeys know it, I know it, and I don't know much of anything! But if I/we know it, than those lawyers HAVE to know it! No? There is no evidence as far as I know to point to anyone outside of the Ant home, so how could they possibly accuse an outsider (ZFG or whomever)??  What about Annie (rhymes w/ Zanny)? Are they all secretly going to try to pin it on her? Wasn't she not even in touch with KC much the last few months before Caylee went missing?

Yea, and read back what Judge Strickland struck back at him for it in a summmary of what transpired yesterday in the hearing:

At this point, there was a pause in the hearing and Jose Baez "introduced" the new death penalty qualified attorney, Andrea Lyon (The Angel of Death Row), to the court along with a mini-curriculum vitae. State's Attorney Jeff Ashton tossed out a zinger to Baez, saying that while he appreciated the "commercial," he would appreciate receiving her documents which would admit her pro hac vice and certify her as being death penalty qualified.  Actually, correct to point out hehe
Baez didn't take the comment well and mumbled something about "... not to belittle it to a commercial when some one's life..." He was interrupted by Judge Strickland who commented that, it was a "plug for her successes." Jeff Ashton laughed at that one.

Well, lets see:

Cindy had phone numbers and addys....never produced them
Casey had phone numbers and addys...none of them produced an actual "Zanny the nanny"
Casey & her family pointed the finger at Jesse, he never lived at Sawgrass, partied at Fusion or pinged to be at Amscot
Casey & her family pointed the finger at Amy, she never lived at Sawgrass, partied at Fusion or pinged to be at Amscot
Casey & her family pointed the finger at Ricardo, he never lived at Sawgrass, partied at Fusion or pinged to be at Amscot
Annie lived at Sawgrass & drank the Anthony koolaid but she was never seen at Amscot, Fusion, Target with Amy's checks or Amy's bank.....the list could go on and on

 After all this talk of the abuse defense, does anyone see kc admitting that she did it and that is why OR will they try and possibly go for reasonable doubt that one of the other nutjobs in the family did it, doesn't matter who, just as long as kc is not convicted?

No, but I don't know what to answer, I don't know for sure what this Lyons woman/man is going to spin.
