Dont you find it odd that they could only get two people to say that casey was a good mother!
one was cindys friend whom yielded a baseball bat at her husband and the other an ovious lie by the tatoo artist.

The tatoo artist had only been in business for a year and yet  states that casey had been coming in there for a few years duh!

what I find odd that they couldn't get any of her old and newer friends to say anything nice about her. I also wonder who of all her old and new friends will they will get during trial to give a good character reference of her?

p.s
that will speak volumnes at trial because the defense can try everything in their power to make her look like a loving mother' but all the circumstantial evidence will say otherwise.

How will you xplain the duct tape and the double bagging! the partying and the 31 days! and the tatoo!!  jurors are not stupid! and her actions her grooming during trial will speak volumnes.

you can dress up a pig but it's still a pig no matter what you do!
so I find the state!!
winning!!

Cookie~ I'll see if I can find a link but the way I recall it was that Amy H was speaking to detectives and told this account of some money stolen and the odd part was that it happened while she was asleep but that when she woke up she had on a different pair of pants than what she thought she had on/

I'll go look now for link (wish me luck!)

http://www.acandyrose.com/caylee_anthony_transcript_A_Huizenga072308.htm

11 EE: When did that money get stolen? That cash?
12 AH: That money got stolen the 2nd. Uhm, Casey had told me a story that I had...
13 EE: Four hundred and eighty dollars?
14 AH: Four hundred dollars. The eighty was the towing that I had lent to her. It
15 was four hundred even. Uhm, and she...
16 EE: Sleep walking?
17 AH: Yeah (affirmative), she told me that I had put, was putting the money aside. That
18 I was talking to her. She had no idea I was asleep until the morning when I said I
19 didn't remember it. Uhm, and really the only reason I bought it is the week
20 before I had changed pants in my sleep from this pair of pants, which are really
21 comfy, to a different pair of pants. I don't remember doing it. I don't know why I
22 did it but I woke up in a different pair of pants, which is why I kind of bought this
23 story. I didn't remember ever telling her that story but I must have which is why
24 she used that to tell me the story about me putting this money away in my sleep.
25 Looked up high and low, up and down, everywhere, through the entire house.

Why wouldn't the autopsy pix be permitted???? This IS a trial for murder!!
*bolded by me*
I saw a murder trial on tv once; can't remember which one it was, but they had a picture of the victim as she was before the murder and had one next to it of her after she was murder. When the jurors were interviewed about it, they said it made a huge difference in their minds about guilt or innocence because they kept looking at the before and after pictures.  I think that's what they should do in this case.  Put up a picture of Caylee as she was a toddler and then put in the after.  That makes a statement all by itself.

The account from Amy H regarding 400 dollars being stolen right before the Puerto Rico trip. She says she was starting to think maybe she was sleepwalking

http://www.thehinkymeter.com/Library/CMA/interviews/ahuizenga071608.pdf
Reading this again, poor Amy probably needed some counseling.

I am 100% with you yessssssss it will paint a different pic to the jury a reality and looking at caseys  cold blank demeanor of no reaction when caylees gruesome death is mentioned will prove to them she cares less.

I've been watching the Brad Cooper murder trial in Cary, NC.  Jury was shown photos of Nancy and one vomited.  No verdict yet, but I'm thinking those jurors will have those photos in their mind's eye as they make their decision.

The 48 Hours show must be why the Judge warned the duhfense about an Orange County jury possibility and why he is going to allow them to present argument on Friday.  IMO, it's like  the old cat and mouse routine for the Judge as the cat and Baez as the rat mouse.  How long before the cat tires of toying with this particular mouse.  It's quite possible that the rat mouse is going to find out on Friday  .
