Watching NG now, they show clips of Nieves from the OCSO saying that they have had over 5,000 tips, none credible, that they are more than likely a smokescreen to take the focus off of Casey.... gee I wonder who could be making up all those tips? 

I  can see Casey now sitting by her laptop making up false stories.

they just showed a list  - bleeding ulcers, uterine tumors, stess, death threats, etc.  ...at least she hasn't gotten hemoroids yet.
