If they are unable to find any trash bags, they should ask that one lady who was taking the A's trash if she still has the bag.  I know its reaching, but I just do not think that any bags will remain in that house given its been nearly 7 months.

That's what I was thinking--the likelihood that matching bags from last June would still be around a household is slim to none. There must be something else.

Police reported to be watching the backyard all day.  I am thinking pavers or bricks. You could see both on the Greta interview and in search of backyard videos.  Since there was possibly water when KC disposed of Caylee, was the bag weighted down?   I really feel they found something at the scene that they think they can tie to the house.  After all this time, it would almost have to be something that isn't disposable.  I do think they will also look around for duck tape.

I posted this earlier as he was speaking...Sheriff Beary stated that he is going to find a way to "re-coup" the hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on this case.  He said it's unchartered territory.  I am thinking he is going after the Anthony's for the money... he must know that they covered this up since early on.  Why else would he make a statement like that??

Excellent point.  Not sure how much money the Anthonys have but they should have to pay, IMO.

I hope they let them get their book deals, then slam them with a lawsuit.

OMG  OMG  I am just now reading all of this and my heart is so broken. I just cant stop crying...I know that if it's Caylee it's a good thing but somehow it's not helping right now. It just hurts so much. I live alone and Im SO grateful to know that all you Monkeys are here for me to come and be with, and share this heart wrenching tragedy. I pray to God this is our little Caylee. But then as I think about how she can finally be laid to rest, I just start crying all over again because I think about who will be the ones in charge of doing this...her rotten family that refused to stand up and fight FOR her, but instead just watched out for themselves..that's all that poor baby has is those horrible people. My heart hurts for that baby girl and what she most likely went through in those last minutes..I just cant seem to get past the hurting for this baby. God Bless all of you, the caring and good hearts of all you Monkeys will help balance the scales for little Caylee as she is laid to rest. It's so crazy!! I want this to be Caylee, yet it hurts like hell to realize that it very well is her.
Anyway thanks Monkeys..without you all to come share this with, sitting here by myself right now would hurt even worse.

I have been lurking since the summer, but have yet to post.  I feel the same way.  My DH called me at work to tell me the horrible news.  (He knows how I have been folowing this case.)  I too just hurt inside.

I think they have known since the beginning that their grandaughter died at the hands of their daughter.  After they came to terms with their grandaughter being dead, they decided to save their daughter from the death penalty and prison at all costs.

I agree Klaas....thats exactly what they were doing and now it has come to an end.....Their daughter is gonna have to answer for what she has done and the Anthony's will no longer be able to cause a diversion..

One does wonder what can be found in the home now that the parents, Lee and Casey herself have had opportunities to alter, clean, remove or manipulate evidence.  But I know the cops could not really search every nook and cranny without probable cause, and now they will go over the whole place with a fine tooth comb and without Cindy breathing down their necks and talking their ears off.  They may or may not find anything.

I am just so eager to hear what else they have in terms of evidence.  There are still some things we do not know.

I think the evidence is going to be stronger than what was had on Scott Peterson. 

I HOPE THEY FIND NOTES!! from casey since she's been in jail.  I bet there's a treasure trove.  Maybe that's what Mallory was going to get?
