Thanks so much Pink.  I was thinking today about whether they are hurting the prosecution by releasing all of this info to the media....But then I thought this:  They have to let the defense see what they have before they can go to trial (if I am correct), and why not piss them off and release it to the media when they release it to them.  that way everyone in that area...every judge and person, knows what a scum Casey is.  No jusge is going to let her walk.  They are elected officials, they know that if they let her off, they wont serve for long.  And if it is a jury trial, there is no way her "peers" have not heard of this.  I mean even all of my friends (who dont eatch the news), know about this case.

There is a Public Information law.  When requested, LE has to release certain info.  It was brought up today in the court hearing.  I believe the defense is trying to get info sealed and has not been ruled on as of yet.  Someone that knows this law better than I can possibly explain it better.

I am trying to read and catch up as fast as I can and I appreciate all the info today!  I wanted to go back and read Brians predictions again and something really bothers me on one of his drawings.... actually the first one on 7/20/08.  Hopefully this link will work: http://briansprediction.com/gale/Caylee%20Anthony.htm 
   On the first drawing it says "Conway water, Orlando Florida, + flowers meet the water - go back!"  then it looks like scribbles at the bottom of the page.  When I turn the page and look at the scribbles, it looks like little mountains on the left with trees to the right and maybe a flat area...... then an arrow and what it looks like to me says RED with an arrow.  Now I may be reaching for straws but didn't Red help Tim search?  Red, I know this is crazy, but would you look at that scribble and see if it means anything to you?!

Was it just me or did Tim Miller seem different on NG last night after meeting with Nejame?  I was kind of in shock watching it.  Seemed like his whole attitude changed IMO.

MILLER: It`s -- it`s an area that somebody can drive out to, not be seen, possibly spend some time out there and go ahead and do a dump. And we`ve got to remember this is a very, very small child in a very, very big area. And again, I think there`s a lot of strength in numbers. And there`s a lot of resources we have. There`s a lot of people just sitting on the edge of their chair, waiting to get going back on the search.

But tomorrow, it`s not going to start. We`ve got to be a little bit better organized than we are tomorrow, so we`re not going to waste these resources. But this search is going to go on.

And I still support the Anthonys and am hoping that Caylee is alive out there and --

 but we`re going to do everything we can do in case she`s not to see if we can get her located.

MILLER: You know, Nancy, the last day on the search, we had 1,186 volunteers out there, plus all the resources in the world, but conditions weren`t right. I predict there will be over 2,000 searchers. Nobody`s lost interest in this. In fact, people are more focused now. They want little Caylee found.

There`s not one chance in this world Caylee`s alive. 
 

We`ll bring in every resource that we need...

Hello SharonTx - can' sleep either????

Goodmorning Always1!  Nope, I cannot sleep.  Yesterday, I tried watching the live stream in court and my little grandbaby walked up to me with a crayon and just stared.  I instantly shut off the computer and crawled down on the floor to color with her!  I look at her tiny little fingers and toes and how soft and sweet her skin is and just get overwhelmed that someone could do something like drug or kill a baby.  I am just greatful to be able to come here and read and get caught up with so many intelligent and kind posters.

I have nothing but respect for Tim Miller but last night it was like he was hiding something.  After that meetiing with Nejame....everything changed in my opinion.

OMG I was yelling at that sit in for NG last night to SHUT UP!!!  she wouldnt even let anyone talk...on top of that she looked like she had bed head!!!!
