It's definitely icky but as a monkey pointed out a few days ago, bro-sis relations are apparently the most common type of icky's.  My guess is that in this case it was consensual.

Icky or not ... I believe that this topic should be a topic of discussion IF there was official backup through a paternity test that Lee Anthony is the father of Caylee Marie.

Barring a foundation for speculation I from the dialogue very disturbing.

Those who have been identified as having sexually relations with Casey Anthony have provided detective wannabe's a foundation for speculation but ... as far as I know ... no member of the Anthony family falls into that category.

Cindy, George and Lee were has for DNA this week.  Only Lee refused.  Could it be that these DNA requests all have to do with the DNA evidence found in the trunk of Caylee's vehicle.  Something akin to the strands of hair.  Maybe Lee assisted his sister in a cover up.

The lie detector tests.  Same reason Lee Anthony refused ... a lie detector test could implicate him in the happenings encompassing the disappearance of his niece.

UNTIL there is an official source states that Lee Anthony is the father of Caylee ... I feel very strongly that this avenue of speculation has crossed a boundary.

While I agree with what you're saying, I also think LP hinting at this has brought this speculation more to the forefront. I also don't like to think it's true and will wait for real proof before I say it is a viable option. Yes, I know many say how prominent it is, and I am aware of that, but still, I don't want to say such things unless there is hard-proof of it. And I also say that LP better have some proof, because that is one serious allegation.

Hello Monkeys.......just got home and see that alot has been going on today.........First I just want to say that if there is skeptisism over some of the things that I have said on here regarding this case then after today I will refrain from giving out any information that I aquire from  my friend in Orlando.................I  started asking him questions and begging him for answers so that we on here could maybe find out a little more than we already knew and maybe stay just a little ahead of things....Also I would like to say that I dont post on any other forum other than right here at scared Monkeys   nor do I read any other forum......When I said that LE says the father is not a family member that IS   the answer I was givin and then I asked again and came back here and said   its not a immediate family member and that is what Has been confirmed to me.........Alot of things is not gonna make sense regarding this case until we all know the whole story and then we will still be scratching our heads over some things.......either way I just wanted to respond and   say I have enjoyed being here and reading here and will continue to do so,just maybe not posting very much after this..........Justice for Caylee is all I want and I dont care who or why it is done ....just as long as it gets done.......

Yes, I wonder this as well. Because DNA is, well let's just say it's a little hobby of mine; and if LP is basing this notion sheerly on the facts that he originally stated when he made this allegation, then I am not buying it. However, if he has inside info, then that is another story entirely.

Its just that I recall him making this assumption based on the mitochondrial DNA testing way back when.  I don't dislike the guy or anything, but I "assumed", as he did, that he's poorly uneducated when it comes to DNA testing sort of stuff.

Anyhow, I'm just wondering if he's sort of held on to this train of thought and then really has run with it given Lee Anthony has refused DNA testing.

I think Lee would refuse to do a darn thing JUST to be an idiot!  He hate LE at this point.

This is my point. It would be normal for mDNA results to not be able to conclude to exclusivity whether the hair was Caylee's or Casey's, with the exception of a post-mortem band, and the fact that we see Casey alive and well, whereas Caylee is missing. This would not conclude any family member was the father--unless, like I said, LP knows something more.

I will readily admit to being goofy some of the time, so what do I know....BUT...I feel good about today's proceedings. I think the judge did everything possible to keep the defense from being able to squawk later about prejudice against Casey.

Please don't stop posting.  I enjoy your scoop, whether it be your theories or your friend's insights.  There is so much speculation and so little fact, that every single thing I see I take with a grain of salt -- and that includes what is reported in the news.  We may never know what really happened.  If we are lucky we may hear 50% of it throughout the course of the trial.  Stay here and theorize and discuss with us.  All of the monkeys make this place great, and if everyone who was doubted here stopped posting... it would just be couple of bored monkeys throwing poop.
