  Sorry JSM is finding something hilarious about this story. I needed a good laugh and just got one. Please don't think I am morbid or sick it just struck me as funny.

A bear killed two militants after discovering them in its den in Indian-administered Kashmir, police say.

Two other militants escaped, one of them badly wounded, after the attack in Kulgam district, south of Srinagar.

The militants had assault rifles but were taken by surprise - police found the remains of pudding they had made to eat when the bear attacked.

It is thought to be the first such incident since Muslim separatists took up arms against Indian rule in 1989.

The militants had made their hideout in a cave which was actually the bear's den, said police officer Farooq Ahmed.

The dead have been identified as Mohammad Amin alias Qaiser, and Bashir Ahmed alias Saifullah.

News of the attack emerged when their injured comrade went to a nearby village for treatment.

"Word spread in the village that Qaiser had been killed by the bear," another police officer said.

A joint party of the police and army personnel went into the forest and collected the bodies of the two militants.

Police say they also recovered two Kalashnikov assault rifles and some ammunition from the hideout.

Too bad it was a bear and not a monkey.  

Okay, JMS is calling it a night. Prayers for the girls in ND, prayers for Robert Manwill, for Caylee, Somer, Elizabeth and Haliegh and the rest of the missing. Especially for Jimmy Charles Scott that has been missing since 2001. I had no idea until Nut posted about him today.

I'm going to bed now, as I can't take too much more of missing persons/children.

Thanks Fanny. I saw the link posted while I was trying to catch up in Caylee's thread. I am so sad right now for these girls and their families. Especially since they are softball players that hits me very hard. I may figure skate now that I am old, but softball has and always will be the sport of my life. Started at 6 and played until I was 39. Gave it up when I couldn't see at night, so I started skating. God Bless these girls and I pray they didn't suffer. JSM 

I think we are all reaching a saturation point. 

  Fanny, I am so sad tonight about these girls. I have an earache that won't go away. I am looking at the election results/polls from NJ and it looks like Corzine is losing, but I'm sure he won't because dead people and aliens will have their votes recounted. A good thing I read is ObaMao said he wouldn't look at election results. If this is true either he knows the alien/zombie/dead votes will get a recount or ObaMao is realizing he is tanking and only has this much longer 1173 Days, 15 Hours, 40 Minutes until he is gone.

I know, I have been watching too. Maybe good will soon overcome evil. I don't know that I trust the republicans either, but at least the democrats are taking a beating. I am just afraid it wont be better in 1173 days because once a law is a law, it is hardly ever repealed. 

And if I see Spindy topless on the back of a hog at Sturgis or Daytona I won't be around to see 1173 days.

Yes ma'am Fanny! I came home walked peanut, took down halloween decorations, put autumn ones, straightened up our house, did some dishes, a load of laundry, took a shower, made dinner, now I'm makin cinnamon rolls and drinkin a long island iced tea while waiting for bf to get home.

Well, I hope it not the ANTHONYS pulling some of their chit!!! 

The scamthony's have pulled their chit so much it must be made of taffy.

The softball catcher is the prettiest. Some teams go with the prettiest one wear the catcher's mask so she does not distract all the rowdy boys in attendance from the rest of the game.  Were you the catcher, JSM?
