I am not sure I think Luka is a worse pick than Baez -- it's looking pretty even right now -- I snipped the following from the article yesterday:  His attorney, Tom Luka, said the fact that Lee Anthony has not received a subpoena to testify could signal that the state may be looking to file charges against him. If he was subpoenaed, anything he said at a hearing could not be used against him in subsequent criminal charges.

What kind of subpoena does he think Lee should be served with? -- a subpoena for trial which has not been scheduled yet?  Please -- he knows why Lee may be charged and this is not the reason -- you cannot issue a subpoena to a trial that has no date.

Caylee Marie Anthony (Orange County Sheriff's Office, File) With all of the media madness surrounding the Casey Anthony trial her attorneys are getting ready to ask for a change of venue. They claim Anthony can't get a fair trial in Orlando because there aren't enough unbiased people to sit on a jury.

Her defense team hasn't said where they want to move the trial to, but because it needs to be a similar sized city, Jacksonville is on the short list of possibilities.

The same judge and attorneys would be involved in the trial the only difference would be the jurors.

Jim Fuller, Duval County Clerk of Courts, say the additional paperwork won't cost the county any additional money. But a lengthy trial could mean the county runs out of money to pay jurors. However, Fuller says the state would reimburse the cost because of the special nature of the trial.

Just sent the information in this article to Channel 4 here. I figure if you going to give this guy airtime then tell the whole story. This article really got me when finding out he has been turned over to  the FL Attorny's Office on the dog toy.

Dolls Sings 'You Are My Sunshine'

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A Jacksonville company has released the "Inspirational Caylee Doll," which it says was designed to honor Caylee Marie Anthony.

The doll sings "You Are My Sunshine," a song Caylee sang in one of the videos that have played repeatedly on the media since her disappearance last summer. (Uncut: Caylee Singing)

Caylee was found dead in December not far from the east Orange County home that she and her mother, Casey Anthony, often stayed. Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in connection with Caylee's death.

Showbiz Promotions said in a news release that the doll was not made in the likeness of Caylee, but says she was the inspiration. The family, according to the company Web site, is not involved.

"While we understand this is a very tender issue," the company said in a news release. "We knew we had to do something to raise awareness of such a terrible and recurring crime, while honoring and respecting a beautiful life."

The 18-inch doll is being sold on CayleeDoll.com for $29.95. The doll is wearing jeans and a T-shirt with the logo "Caylee Sunshine." The song sings when the doll’s belly button is pushed.
