Seemme, wow could be if what Jim reports to be factually...Casey jealous rage over her mother and Caylee, livid with her mom for threatening her with custody & kicking her to the curb, the next day jealous rage because of a stranger's attention to Caylee instead of her skanky tail.   I so agree about why she walked in there dressed as she did PS dam shame he didnt take a check because I would have loved to know what check she would have used & from what bank account.   Gotta say given Casey's known behavior this possibility shouldn't be shocking to anyone.

There are just a few things about his story that dont jive, Id like to believe he is credible & his account is accurate.

I've never heard that tape before, but the numerous umms  sound just like CA. This is her speech pattern. She just never stops lying does she?

Prosecutors: Casey’s Defense Filed Bogus Motion

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- In a new document filed Thursday, prosecutors are accusing Casey Anthony’s defense team of filing yet another bogus motion, this time over the death penalty.

The defense wants the judge to take the death penalty off the table, but prosecutors say judges don't have that authority.

Prosecutors went as far as saying either the defense team doesn't understand the law or is purposely misstating it to grandstand.

Prosecutors say a hearing on the issue would be a waste of the court's time.


DEFENSE WANTS CHARGES DROPPED

Eyewitness News got a better idea of how Casey Anthony’s attorneys are trying to convince a judge to drop her murder and child abuse charges.

In order to get those charges dropped, prosecutors say Casey must swear the evidence they have is true and convince a judge it's not enough to convict her.

J. Thompson has been added to state's witness list, and I honestly don't think it's because he "believes" he saw Casey June 16th, 2008 at the Wal-Mart. Again, IMO, I believe LE very possibly found the beanie-baby he gave to Caylee for her good behavior while her skank mother flaunted her tatas and Azz so Mr. Thompson would take herAmy's check to purchase a monitor. Her behavior towards Caylee while in his store is what the State is focusing on.....My Opinion Only. Finding the beanie baby would prove Casey was indeed in his PC store.

Hearing Slated For Oct. 16

ORLANDO, Fla. -- In the case against Casey Anthony, more evidence is expected to be released on Friday.

Prosecutors said they'll release about 1,000 pages of discovery to her attorneys.

The next hearing in the case is slated on Oct. 16, when Judge Stan Strickland will hear arguments on a defense motion to drop the murder charges against Anthony.

Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of her daughter Caylee.

Good question tupelohoney!.......the possibilities are endless......Gramma Plesea, Spindy, Georgette, (wee)Lee, just to mention a few. Didn't Amy keep her checkbook in her glove box? Or was that just when she went on vacation? My guess would probably be a family member, as they would sweep it under the rug when they realized she once again stole more money.
