Does anyone remember the Zenaida Gonzales who said her office was robbed in Brevard County on June 9th?

Well I just went back to her page and it says she did pass along to the detective working her case about the date coincidence with the CAYLEE case..

Anyways when you click on Zenaida's name it takes you to a list of questions she answered..

Very interesting. I tried pulling up Casey's interview with no luck but I could swear that Jeffery  Hopkin's son was Zachery, am I wrong on that?

I met Zenaida through a mutual friend, Jeffrey Michael Hopkins. She had watched his son, Zachary Hopkins for about 6 months, to a year. I met Zenaida in 2004, around Christmas.

Finally getting caught up with my reading again.  IIRC, the police interviewed Jeffrey D. Hopkins (father) and Jeffrey Dale Hopkins II
(son).  The son is the one that went to school with Casey and worked/was fired from Universal.  According to Lee, LE interviewed the wrong Jeffrey.  He claimed THE Jeffrey, with the son Zachary, lived in Jacksonville.  This Jeffrey is the one that Casey was supposedly staying with in Jacksonville when Cindy found out that the car had been abandoned in Orlando and that Casey had not gone to Jacksonville.  So....given all of this, why doesn't the real Jeffrey, with son Zachary, who lives in Jacksonville contact LE and say "It's me, I introduced Casey to Zanny, she was my nanny too."  Why, because it is all a bunch of crap.  We have multiple Jeffreys, multiple Zannys, so many Tony's I can't keep them straight.  If it comes out of Casey's mouth......it is a crock.

Tasking a poll..how many people know their coworkers' middle names or can even remember them?  I have access to personnel files and if you quizzed me I would not know the middle names of anyone...sometimes I even forget my own!

I don't know any of them, even some former co-workers who are good friends. I know my family's and maybe a few of my childhood friends. That's it. Birthdays, close family only.

I agree that Casey's use of full names and irrelevant details are intended to distract from the point.  That's the way she lies--she includes tons of detail that confuses the listener.  Her brother Lee even acknowledged this in the jail phone conversation when he told her he wouldn't go round and round with her.  He's heard this before.

I think that there are only two reason people will not or stop looking for something or even someone 

1. they dont want to find it ( hard to believe unless they know what they will find)

2. They are not looking cuz its\they are not lost ( they know where she is)

She may or may not be thinking this. It's just how it appears to me and I'm sure a lot of others. Like I told my daughter, I would have taken Caylee and raised her. My God, I'm sure many of us would have.

Protecting Casey is what this has been about since day 1. They know, they ALL now. But it helps somewhat in Casey's defense to have NO body found. Mothers always protect their young. Well, not Casey of course.

this just reminded me of something I thought about the other day......NANNY???  Who really says they have a nanny other than movie stars, rich people, and Europeans.  Babysitter YES - but NANNY NO.....IMO this is just another part of the make believe world that Casey lived in. Sitter is much more commonly used here in Mo, and when I lived in TX..

Unfit Parents Are Failing Florida's Children

The tragedy of child abuse and neglect related fatalities have been brought into our homes by media reports nearly every day. We hear about these horrors and yet these crimes against children continue to grow. In the United States 4 children each day die from abuse or neglect resulting from maltreatment by a parent.

Recently in Florida these crimes against young children were reported;

Child reported missing a month after her disappearance.

Police in Orange County are trying to find a 2 year old girl, Caylee Anthony, who hasn't been seen for more than a month. Authorities were notified by the child's grandparents.

The child's mother, Casey Anthony, told police she dropped of Caylee with a baby sitter on June 9th, and then lost contact with her.

Ms. Anthony is charged with child neglect and providing false information to law enforcement officials. She spent 6 weeks in jail and was released on $500,000 bail to her parents where she will be monitored by an electronic ankle device.

Judge frees mom convicted in baby's tub death.

A judge threw out a jury's determination that a 21-year old woman was guilty of neglect in the death of her 9-month old son, who was left in a bathtub last year with his 2-year old sister. The water was running.

A jury acquitted Katrina Brooks of aggravated manslaughter of a child, but the jurors determined she was guilty of child neglect. Brooks had left the children alone in the tub while she visited with an aunt in another room.

Circuit Judge William Fuente ruled that child neglect must be a "willful" act. That means Brooks must have voluntarily broken the law.

Brooks, therefore, is free of all criminal wrongdoing in the death of her son.


Jamel Lee Smith was arraigned Thursday on charges of aggravated manslaughter in connection with the July death of a 2-month-old boy he was baby-sitting.

Smith was originally charged with first-degree murder, but his defense attorney said autopsy results showed that the baby had injuries inflicted before he was in Smith's care.

Smith told police he dropped the baby. The manslaughter charge was based on his failure to call 911, according to Miami-Dade Assistant Public Defender Herb Smith.

''I think that they really believe that he didn't intend to harm the child,'' Smith said. ``He just didn't call 911.''

The baby's mother, Obsier Rosemberg, was charged with child neglect resulting in great harm.
