Ah, funny they won't answer the one of why they would let someone as bias as LKB be a pundit when she has an obvious agenda and a paid mouth piece for the defense. How can anyone not think that she is nothing but a oppaid defense plant and zero credibility?

Let alone I hardly believe she would be calling for calm had the lying baby killer been appropriately convicted of one of the major crimes. LKB would be whining there was an injustice and an appeal was on the way.

After the A's reaction when KC was found not guilty and came into court today and they were commenting on how pretty she looked, etc.  I know in my heart that the molestation allegations were all in the plan.  They can all rot in hell.  I'm not watching any of those shows where LKB or the other idiots are on it.  I won't watch anything where the idiots are getting paid either.

If Baez and foghorn really believed she had been molested by George and Lee as their opening statement said..then legally aren't they required as officers of the court to report this as sexual abuse to LE and press charges? 

And if they knew it was a lie..then that gets into ethics violations on their part to make a statement like that in open court.

Hope Jinks asked Foghorn that question..and of course he'll say they believe her..then I want her to ask him why they aren't pressing charges..because I don't think there is a limitation on number of years to bring a sexual abuse charge that Baez claimed started when she was 8.

The Federal Prosecution's office recently stated that a case must be brought to them in order to take action. Double Jeopardy does not apply if federal charges are filed against Casey for violating the civil rights of her child; she can receive a life sentence if convicted. The jurors were banned from internet use and their TV’s were taken from them.  Did have a “wet bar”?   

Did they have hangovers?  I am trying to pinpoint, why they did not take notes or take their notes with them. IMO

They didn't take their notebooks, didn't examine and deliberate the evidence, because they inherited the self serving attitude from being in the same room with Casey for so long and just thought about their cruises and wanted to get their interview money rolling as soon as possible. They thought only about ending their lockdown.

I really think JP should have excused the Cruise juror. Also the juror who could not judge. Maybe one or 2 others. It seems like there was one that the Pros asked 2-3 times to have excused, and JP said no.

Jinkasaurus had an exclusive interview with Mumbles.  She asked him about flipping the bird.  He said he was expressing his first amendment right.  That being said I guess he is saying it is ok for others to express their first amendment right in kind back at him?

On JVM she showed a clip this morning as he was walking into court.  A reported asked about the finger flipping and he lashed out so immediate and called the reporter an azzhole.

Why is he not being reported to the bar by someone other than a disbarred lawyer?  Surely this is not proper conduct for an officer of the court regardless of where they are. 

Interesting enough Cheney Mason does not believe in other's First Amendment's Rights to protest out side the court house at the decision. Only the Defense have the right of freedom of speech and rub salt in the wunds of people and gloat in a post court party as they wooped it up.

it was such a sad  and tragic day! caylee did not get justice!! and now kc will walk amonst us! her attys are gloating.. mason flipped the bird at the media! baez is going to get rich and so is kc! I hope she has to pay for the entire trial. I was heart sick.. for two days I have woke up crying!! my heart is broken!! I have faith that like OJ .. karma will someday prevail.. I think lightening striking that tree is a sign. be strong and have faith!! caylees law is the best thing we can do now!! god bless whomever started it!!

Juror No. 3 Talks To WFTV About Casey Verdict

“We all determined, it just wasn't enough to say definitively that a crime was committed and that's what we needed to know. We needed to know how she died,” said Ford.

Ford told WFTV that she made her decision before the deliberations and is still sticking to it.

“I knew before I went in that there was a lot of circumstantial evidence that was pretty damning, but at the same time I didn't know how the little girl died, I had no idea how that child died,” said Ford.

“Now that you've had time to think about your decision a little more, how do you feel about the decision you made?” asked Craig.

“I am confident and it's a decision that was made collectively,” she replied.

This coming from a juror who is reported to have never taken a note during the trial. I am going to go out on a limb and say after listening to this juror's comments and deductive reasoning that she is not part of Mensa and does not have a photographic memory. Just saying.
