Linda asks if they can take the dufense's word that they will not start their trial till Thursday, there be no surprises.  Dufense said they will not answer that (like they are offended) , Linda indicated that yes they do need to answer it as they want no surprises.

Um the defense had 3 YEARS to prepare! How are they not ready until Thursday????!

And it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know what bella vita means. I think someone on the jury knows
...
Rocket science or not It would have been nice for the jury to hear what the tattoo meant..

guess they want a mistrail so bad- they dont have anything - no evidence to back up what they say!

Now they are asking for an acquittal. How about just letting her plead guilty and get this over with?

Why was Kiomarie not called as a prosecution witness to explain the possible  signficance of the heart shaped sticker?  This witness would have provided the jury with another piece of the puzzle that connects Casey to Caylee's remains.

HEART STICKER CONVINCES CHILDHOOD PAL THAT MOM KILLED CAYLEE
Published on: January 27, 2009

Casey Anthony’s closest childhood friend Kiomarie Torres Cruz says she was stunned when she learned that tiny Caylee had been buried with a heart-shaped sticker.

“I immediately realized it meant that Casey had buried Caylee,” Kiomarie told The ENQUIRER in an exclusive interview. “My blood ran cold.”

Casey’s burial was stunningly similar to those of pets she buried in the same spot when she was a child, said Kiomarie.

Kiomarie says she, Casey and their friend Jessica held a funeral for Jessica’s hamster, Sage, when the girls were 13.

“I never wanted to believe Casey could have killed Caylee, but it’s just too much coincidence. The place, the hearts, the bags, the blanket – it all adds up,” says Kiomarie.

“Now I’m convinced that she murdered Caylee and buried her in the same place, in exactly the same way, that we buried our pets.”

I believe Linda will do the States closing and sumation.

This is her case and she has been on this case since the first day Casey made her first court appearance before Judge Stan Strickland on the charges and he set bail at $500k ..

Closing arguments do not come until after the putz presents his "lies in chief," right?

By the way, motion for directed verdict is standard - after state rests, defense asks for acquittal based on lack of evidence. #CaseyAnthony
