Red  Is this the first trial watch on here where it seems most are on the side of the defendant?

I thought the same thing and tried to put my finger on it. I honestly think that because from the outset it did not seem to be about a crime, but about racial tensions and force being brought to bear against individuals to force them to try GZ. I am a victims rights advocate and always will be, but that does not mean that if some one accuses another of a crime or tries to railroad some one, I will not cry foul.

I think the whole case is unfortunate. Sadly Trayvon died. But this is what happens ever day when two people come in contact with one another where one is gasoline and the other is fire. But most cases do not get the attention as this one did.

I think many cases are pretty evident as to who did what. This one is not. And the fact that the prosecution has done such a poor job is breath taking.

I know many people that are a part of a neighborhood watch and frankly, many take the same attitude that if the see something suspicious, they don't just dismiss it.

I think the idea that the State and MSM wanted to falsely portray TM as a 12 year old innocent choir boy and GZ as a racists with doctored tapes stuck a nerve with people.

I believe that in the end, every one wants justice, but they want it to be fair, not some one being railroaded because of some agenda that has nothing to do with the law and justice.  (JMO)

The prosecutor's style is not effective, IMO. 

And I'm afraid it isn't getting any better.  JMO

I am at a loss as to the fact that the prosecution thought this would be effective. Its disjointed, back, forth, and not proving beyond a reasonable doubt anything. Geez, just got a look of TM's dad and he looked like he was about to fall asleep.

The States rebuttal closing better be much better tomorrow.

Wow, he just used the "MF" word. Really?
