Could anyone watching NG tell me why the girl working for LP wants immunity?

The only thing I can muster is that she recorded everything... and it is illegal

in Florida with only one party knowledge? Am I off on this guess?

maybe I'm wrong Carpe, I think that is only a telephone call. If she is wearing a wire and [in their home[/b] and without a warrant, well, maybe that's against the law... but if Casey is outside the home and confesses and someone is wearing a wire - that should be legal.

maybe there is a warrant to listen, but it's only for the police.

I guess we'll find out.

We've heard Padilla talk about this person before and I believe what he said was something like this:  She got an attorney and wanted protection because she left Florida without telling the LE what Casey had said to her (evidence).

Wouldn't that be withholding evidence?

Yep, especially if she left Florida without informing LE of her knowledge; i.e., reason for wanting immunity before talking with LE.

I figured it out.... I'm not sure if we are supposed to see them, but you can. You have to  type in the page number that is  missing- For example, where it says Sean_Daly_Page_and then a number, type in the missing number, such as _07, or _08

good news..I should have the mac daddy of all laptops back this week after a major over-haul. It's been tuff being without it.. especially when we all need maps and all the other stuff that thing can do...All the screen shots to pdfs (and to text) saved to buckets that most of us do not want to do... I don't mind doing them.o

I should have it back some time soon.

It's way too late do the earth googles, but if someone wants some  - what the heck!

I think I'll have it back by Thursday. That laptop allows me to save all of the items in any case.

WOW! I go away for the day and look what happens! Ok, first off, Casey needs alot to work on...her body is disfigured and ugly. 2nd, I think she was an escort.  Too many things point to this..LAST:
The more I read, I think that she may have planned this a long time ago...pictures, photobucket quotes, wanting to be famous, looking stuff up, and I dont care how good you are, she didnt come up with her story fast.  It was thought out and planned.  Even as to where she would leave the car.  And does any one know when Beaz was hired?
