On an unrelated note, the jury has selected their preference for the order of question during the press conference scheduled following a verdict.  It is as follows:

Casey shakes her head and mouths "I've never acted with indifference"

I saw that and then after that when Linda is talking about an amazing mother Casey once again gets agitated and mouths what looks to me like "What the hell is she talking about right now."

OMG, you have to watch this video. Start @ 5:40 mark.....LDB in her closing argument talking about 100 percent of accidents involving children are reported to 911, because the parent wants them to LIVE! Dot Simms keeps looking @ KC's face to see if KC is showing any emotion, which she isn't so she tries to get Casey's attention to cue her to react/cry/show some sort of freaking emotion.....Casey totally ignoring her, so Simms literally bumps her with her right arm (watch KC's whole head/upper body jolt to the right when Simms does this)@ about 6:10 mark.
Casey never strays from her stone evil staring baboon face......Simms finally gives up.
I watched a couple times to make sure I wasn't imagining Simms attempt to cue KC, and I don't think I am.

 I don't know how Simms sleeps at night knowing how evil KC really is.

I don't know how Simms rationalizes any of it. The way she acts you'd think of all the defense team members she would be the one having the hardest time with her conscience, but maybe it's all an act and there's a whole other Simms we never get to see.

I'm glad they put up something for us to see of kc during that. I missed it and can re watch it, but not kc during it.

Separating the alternatives from the 12 makes no sense to me.  What are they sitting in another room not allowed to talk, staring at the wall.  Do all 5 sit together or are each one of them in their own separate room staring at a wall?

The hearings and this trial, to me seems the first time in kc's life she's ever had to really hear how it is...how she is and she has to sit there and listen to it...can't walk out of the room, can't say anything back, nothing... and I can only hope it's eating a hole in her.

Clearly the truth doesn't sit well with her and you could see it in this video. As my mother would say " You are a liar and the truth ain't in ya." That's exactly what I would say to Casey.

Vinnie Politan just interviewed a woman who is from out of town, visiting her mom. She didn't really want to speak on camera, it looked like.. but she did blurt out "they should just kill her".  Her mom hit her on the arm afterward.

I imagine they want to be very thorough as JP has instructed them. If they want to deliberate into the night I think he should let them.

It's that number four juror that has me concerned still.

Me too, I'm behind and this has probably already been mentioned...if so I missed it.  Susan Constantine (jury consultant) just said on HLN that this juror nodded her head when the pictures of Caylee climbing the ladder into the pool were shown.  She thinks Juror #4 believes it was an accident.

Many times I find myself agreeing with you.....although you put things much better than I can.  I will wonder about this myself, until they pin down exactly who killed Nichole.

Until they find who did it and it is a different person, I will always believe that knife in her car that Cindy washed was the murder weapon. She was the only person that had a reason and it is no coincidence Nichole's receptionist's computer was stolen the 8th of June and her name was Zenida Gonzales.

ITA TURBO..I would love to know more of what you ans Bananas theories are....I too believe Casey had some murder directed activity before Caylee.. I also believe there was other theft besides family and friends.  Remember when George said he saw the deposit slip she wrote on a Bof A account and then did something else with it..it looked professional and perfect he said..this was when they found out she had stolen a couple thousand of a tax refund from their account.
