if i was a juror and had never smelled death, i wouldn't have anything to compare it to so even though i guess it would smell really really bad i wouldn't know it was necessarily death unless someone who had smelled it told me that it was.  does that make sense.  i wouldn't want to really b/c it wouldn't tell me anything.

I thought Baez has argued that it was not human decomp ... he said it was trash/garbage?

Now all of a sudden Baez says its human decomp and the jury cannot smell.

Whats the matter Baez ... Scared?

What's that sound Jose? Its the sound of inevitability.

Exactly.

I stand with the girl, Natalee Holloway.

"I can look back over the past 10 years and there were no steps wasted, and there are no regrets,'' she said. "I did all I knew to do and I think that gives me greater peace now." "I've lived every parent's worst nightmare and I'm the parent that nobody wants to be," she said.

Yeah... I don't see why this is an issue... if they are allowed to see/hear/smell/touch other pieces of evidence.

Wonder what KC is doing so intently?

Looking over the menu for her last meal perhaps?

It would tell you it wasn't regular garbage.

Cindy left, wonder if she is trying to find proof she was home?

I wonder if she thinks she will be found guilty or if she really thinks she will get off. She will probably have no reactions when the verdict is read
i agree.  i don't think she will.  she is cold and hard. unless she lets it sink in when she hears guilty i don't think she'll cry.  now during sentencing, oh she'll need some serious tissues.

If I was on the jury and heard all those people talking about how bad it was...I think I would take a pass and take their word for it.  I have smelled a pole cat while traveling that would permeate the whole highway for at least a half a mile....that's enough for me.
