Well TY for posting the LAW. Debate over.

Anytime~I was the debate captain in school (mainly because my parents said I was so argumentative). Laws are laws and just because Jose Bozo knows his client is going down (no pun intended), doesn't mean he has the right to bring a crew of 1st class ...........'s in here to try and change the law. It is what it is, plus I just think it's immoral and unethical anyway.

In most states, if they seek the death penalty, isn't there an automatic appeal any way?  Pretty routine. 

I don't think this is a death penalty case but it was the judge who ruled the defense could not have access to the crime scene before the investigation is complete.

IMO Baez is totally out of line to even ask.  He will rush the LE then accuse them of doing a shoddy job.

Is the man that litle Caylee is sitting in the lap her Grandfather on Casey's side?  Is this the man George threw out a window or was it Lee who threw George out.  I am getting confused.

the grandfather is cindy's father, he is in a nursing home. george threw his own father through the window years ago in ohio. i think i have this right.

Is George's dad alive? Do they even speak? I have not seen anything about that side of the family except Cindy's brother. Does anyone know?

I think it very well become one now that the body has been found, originally - JMO, I think they took it off the table due to no body, now I want to see it back
