Klaas.you are right, the witness could have assumed the body was released in the water since the guy came back without it. Jossy said  he saw him release it, but then again, Jossy also said the condom was picked up from the "floor". I'm assuming he was talking about the sand.

There is a grain of truth to every story and lie.  Suppose this witness did hear a woman scream no, no, no and someone yelled the "f" word.  I believe that part.  I also believe he might have seen somone wrap a woman's body in a blanket and take it out to sea.  But, maybe this witness is smart enough or been threatened not to tell all he saw.  Maybe he saw more than one man there, and maybe he saw a boat, too.  However, he won't say state this.  It's that odd way of telling only part of the facts and leaving out the rest of the details that someone doesn't want known.  Maybe the boat and the other people could be identified, but if the witness doesn't say they were there, then they are not identified.  Interesting, huh?
