Does anyone remember GunSlinger posting (yesterday or Saturday I believe) that he had heard the call from Natalee that night?  Did he give a time on the call?

Would love to hear more about this if GunSlinger did indeed hear this call...

No, I don't remember that but I can do a search of his posts.

He did say that on Saturday, but I am not sure if he heard the actual call.  He later said it had been on television.  I think he meant he 'heard' of the call, not "heard the call"  I believe that is correct

Ok then.  I understand the way these things "take off", so I am going to continue to be skeptical regading the existence of this alleged phone call.  Because, if you ask me, there would have been MUCH more made of it if it had been discovered to be legitimate.  And, no matter what anyone says, a voice analysis test would have to be done to even attempt to authenticate.  Just my opinion, of course...

Cool.....so, I have another question that may be just a 'rumor' (I hate rumors, grrr). Has it been confirmed that "I don't know these people" was a code between Nat and family in the event that she should ever be in a bad situation...such as a kidnapping???

Yeah, but if I remember corerctly, this poster did tell me that he heard it on "Greta's show" early on.  Now, I've been following this case since the beginning, and I never heard such a call on Greta.  That leads me to believe he heard of it's possible existence on Greta's show.  But, I'm probably wrong again anyway.  When am I going to learn??  

BTW Klass...you ever get the chance to shoot Houdini my email?  He was asking for it late last week...

THIRD, nothing wrong with skepticism, all things considered.  BUT, if the call does exist on William's phone, I've no doubt the FBI has analyzed it because the recording on his phone is/was physically in the US.  As for "low publicity" factor and again IF the call exists, there may be good reasons for keeping it in the "mystery zone."

Bottom line, I'd guess those who need to know, know; the rest of us can only guess, assume, hope.
