Thank you so much for the updates everyone.  This literally makes me sick to my stomach - he is a monster from he!!.  I have a feeling they will have a DNA match to little Somer's murder and I pray for a speedy trip to death row for this pig.  Wonder what Mommie Dearest has to say now esp if one of his victims is his sister's child/her granddaughter.

I'm curious to see how the mom handles this now. Impossible to refute when it's right there in print and on video. I highly doubt she's his alibi, however she's definitely a nut case. I wonder if the stepdad that found evidence of him looking at that crap when he was younger told his mother about it. I can't recall if we were told that.

Yes, he said he asked Harrell's mother about pornography:

wouldn't warning alarm bells go off in our heads if we found this sort of material in our grown son's room inside of a locked box?? I know that it would have bothered me to the point that I would have had to confront him and seek help right there and then!

I have looked and looked as well. That may be the one you are referring to. A reporter was at the Callahan home of Harrell's mother and reporting outside.

There are posters at this site talking about Newman, drove to the home back in the 80's and another poster said his mom went to hs with him. It's an old discussion about his invention, not the case. One poster said they felt creeped out talking with him way off the road where he lived.
