Casey Anthony is at Orange County Courthouse for the first of two crucial hearings this week in her murder trial.

Defense attorneys have called Casey's parents, George and Cindy Anthony, to testify during Wednesday's hearing.

Each testimony was followed by a cross-examination by a Florida state prosecutor. ::snipping2::

It makes me want to scream because if cuffs would have made kc produce a live caylee, Cindy should have been all for it according to her own logic.

Yes, that's what he wanted. It was suggested that they testify first (sequestered) and then after they are through, they can be in the courtroom together.

Yes, that's what he wanted. It was suggested that they testify first (sequestered) and then after they are through, they can be in the courtroom together.

They keep referring to an hour long meeting between Yuri Melich and Casey in the house that night, Linda has also said things that make it seem as if it may have been taped.  I know, I have never heard anything that came from that house that night.  I wonder if there is another tape that we haven't heard that they want included?  Does any of this make sense?  Do any of you remember an hour long questioning between Yuri Melich and Casey that first night at the house or is that something new?

Yes, that's what he wanted. It was suggested that they testify first (sequestered) and then after they are through, they can be in the courtroom together.

I don't think that will happen because they would be subject to recall if something they said was disputed.  I sure hope it isn't as they don't need more information to work out covering their lies.

I thought first night, the police, not sure who, responded to a missing child house, and talked to Cindy, Casey, Lee, and then took Casey to her work, etc., no idea if anything was recorded and so what if they did.  Are they not allowed to record something while looking for a missing child?
