I was so sad last night.  I don't post as often as I want because I am always worried about what I say.  When I was included in Steel's post yesterday, I did take it personally.  I don't know how you can't.  I know it took him a very long time to make that post.  You see, I tried to copy and paste all of the wonderful things we said yesterday and by
1am, I was crying too hard to keep going.  So I gave up.

I don't think what Steel did to this wonderful monkey family was a male/female thing.  Bullies come in both sexes and all sizes.  I don't think one monkey here has a thing to apologize for but Steel certainly does.  JSM, if you say you are sorry again, I am gonna have a monkey fit.  You speak from your heart, you are very passionate and a very beloved monkey.  Don't let anyone keep you lurking.  Post away all my friends, believe me the anger we feel for the Anthony's and their evil minions is normal.  We have been here since DAY ONE (for Cindy) and we will REMAIN (for George) until Caylee gets justice.  What Steel did to monkeys yesterday was a WASTE, A HUGE, HUGE, WASTE.

I love you monkeys and I will never forget you Caylee.  an angelic monkey

Hugs, Magic

I went under the member's page and read a bunch of Steel's posts from the past -  and I don't see where his posts were any different than the rest of us.    In fact, after reading a bunch of his prior posts, I say his post last night was hypocritical.   Oh well.   Don't worry about it Magic, JSM, Fanny or anyone else who got their feelings hurt.   It really isn't about you.   And if Steel doesn't like it here, then he can go elsewhere.   Free country, you know!

I have had all of 5 minutes to absorb Judge Strickland's sealing the jail tape & what I conclude is that he did INDEED see that it was prejudicial to Casey.   As usual he is making sure that there is nothing that can be reversed on appeal.   Its really not a victory for the defense because the sealing will have everyone contemplating that there is indeed obviously something they fought to have concealed.   I also notice that Judge Strickland after reading the prosecution's objection to delaying the continuance of the motion hearing, he made his decision by Order - the defense was using this surveillance jail tape to grand stand about their accusations of "misconduct," this cut that off at the knees a good bit.

Omg, I just posted that and then started humming the song.  The lyrics are eerily correct.

We are monkeys, hear us roar.  In numbers to big too ignore and we know too much to go back and pretend. lalala

Now, let's all get our monkey on.  I am not surprised that the judge isn't going to let that video of Casey's reaction to the body find is going to be sealed.  He is trying to protect this case.  I for one am happy about it.  It has been described in such detail, I can already see it clearly in my head anyway.  It will be wonderful when the SA, show it to the jury for the first time and let them know that she had NO reaction to the search and supposed body find at JB Park.  It is going to be VERY telling.  We need to remember that no matter how long this takes, we are always ONE day closer to justice.  NOTHING is going to change that.

Hugs, Magic
I'm mad at you for putting that song in my head, it is Helen Reddy day now. I'm just kidding

Last week reports emerged that a crime blogger claimed Casey Anthony told him Casey "did something" to Caylee -- a claim Conway said the defense will be able to prove is false.
"There were also e-mails that were hacked into and purported to be Cindy's," Conway explained. "She did not say that."
Conway also downplayed documents that suggested Cindy and George may have believed Casey was not fit to be a parent.
"George and Cindy have characterized Casey as a good mother. She's a young mother and every parent makes mistakes," he said. "Were there arguments? Sure there were. But there's a lot of love in that family and there still is.
"There was never any threat or idea that they [George and Cindy] would try to remove Caylee from Casey," he said.
The couple's statements have not always been beneficial to Casey's case. Just days after Casey was arrested for child neglect, a frantic 911 call from Cindy Anthony was released in which she said a car driven by Casey smelled "like there's been a dead body in it."
Cindy Anthony later recanted the statement, saying the smell could have been old pizza, but Conway said the Anthonys do regret the way the statements came out.
"Their regret is that it's out there in the public domain and they don't have the ability to explain the story in full," Conway said. "[They] can't take it back. The only way to maintain her right to a fair trial is to be quiet about it until this is in front of a judge and a jury and they can tell the whole story."
In the meantime, Conway and Baez are expected to make several more motions concerning the release of evidence, both to give a new addition to the defense team, death penalty specialist Andrea Lyon, time to prepare for the trial and to spare the "fragile" Anthony's from repeated media reports about their dead granddaughter.
"What they don't want to hear about for the next year is everybody's speculation about how Caylee died because there is no cause of death," he said.
After the body was found George Anthony contemplated suicide and Cindy Anthony admitted to having similar thoughts herself, Conway said.
"It's been a horrible year," he said.

I have read Steel's post over and over and I just dont see it the way some of you do. To me he was holding up a mirror so that we could see ourselves the way outsiders would.  And I dont think he picked a day when things were bad, I think this is the way he has always felt and so in that way was being true to himself.  He didnt pick on one indvidual but a look at the entire company.  I think his intentions were pure, to get us back to the best that we can be.  Still Friends of Steel.

CAPP~  ITA plus had any of this been allowed the whining, crying, belly aching and constant tv appearances by the whole lot of them squealing about predjudice would've gone on for the entire span of time until the trial. It would 've been excruciating.
I say for Team Wildebeast to get on with preparing this slore's defense so she can be convicted fair and square!

I was stuck by Conway's statements in his ABC interview recently when he stated that Baez does not encourage Cindy and George to visit Casey in jail.  Conway stated that he does not agree with that and that C + G should see their daughter as frequently as they want to.   Does Baez know something that Conway does not?  Such as Baez' plans to put blame on C + G?  Perhaps this is why the recent heavy-weight woman attorney, Andrea, needs so much extra time- - - - to study the depths of the Anthony's souls.  Watch out Cindy, you may be pilloried- - - you should have held your temper on  June 15- - - shame on Cindy- - - - NaNaNaNeNaNa.  See you in court.

IMO it has more to do with Casey getting information from a source other than JB.  I see it as his way to controll things and ensure that he gets the gold star for being the first Latino lawyer to be on such a high profile case (his words) .  It is easy to hide the whole truth about public outlash, perception, evidence etc when you only have one news source.  Kinda like how the communist news network used to be in the USSR when telling their people there was no food shortage, that is what it was like all over the world.  I think he is keeping parents and outsiders away so there is no revolt and Casey only sees and hears things from the Baez point of view..

Yes, highly likely that we will see the autopsy report.  The two issues are different in meeting the threshold of consideration to be an exception that should be sealed under Florida's Sunshine Law.

It does not matter to me if that video is not released. Big deal, so she doubles over cause she knows she's gonna fry now...they have the body What was most interesting out of that whole deal was the guard saying she REQUESTED to watch the TV. That certainly puts Bozos assertation that " she was brought in to watch the TV" in a whole different light! Nice spin Bozo

Another part of this that I can't understand is the "Uncle Rick's Wedding" episode..you know, the one where KC is obviously pregnant, but her RN Mom denies, denies, denies.  If the Ants were embarrassed by her "condition", why didn't they leave her at home?  I'm not a mom, so I don't know how to think on this.  What do you all think?
Cindy either knew she was pregnant and lying or she is the worst RN ever.

?There is no way she didn't know Casey was pregnant. And the thought that she believed Casey when Casey said she never had sex, is just nonsense.

Well, yes when that came to Judge Strickland's attention I'm sure that came into consideration that the "misconduct" was being misrepresented as egregious.  Obviously he is all to aware that he knows the defense is trying to create smoke & mirrors & it truly does take their witch hunt of matters after the fact of the crime their client is accused of to a crawl.
