(Reuters) - Vigils held almost nightly to pray for missing Kansas City infant Lisa Irwin outside her home have ended at the family's request, their lawyers said on Wednesday.

Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin, parents of Lisa, will continue private vigils but no longer want a group of people in their yard each night, the couples' attorneys said Wednesday.

"Vigils by a large number of people on their front lawn is a spectacle, disturbing to their neighbors, and disruptive, especially to their young sons, in their attempt to return to as normal a family life as possible under the circumstances," lawyers John Picerno of Kansas City and Joe Tacopina said an e-mail Wednesday.

iReport — Sources are telling the Organizer of the Baby Lisa Prayer Vigils that there will be no more Prayer Vigils at the Home of Baby Lisa.

Edith Fine-Duskin was told by family members of Baby Lisa that tonight’s Prayer Vigil is the last at the Irwin Home. The news upset some of the dozen or so citizens that showed up for tonight’s Vigil. Before the Prayer Vigil tonight, frustration and anger was prevalent after a white Lincoln Town Car sped away from the home of Baby Lisa with the mother and children in the car. A citizen yelled, "Sure, that's ok, just leave", a family member or friend of the Irwin family then yelled back, "Who said that?", "Come on, who said that?" No one answered. The female friend / family member then yelled,” Edith, was that you?". Edith Fine -Duskin, (Baby Lisa's Angel as I have named her), then yelled, "No! It wasn't me. You know better than that".

I can state uncatagorically that Ms. Edith Fine-Duskin was “NOT” the citizen who was yelling at the family as the car sped away. I will not say who the individual was, but as I have stated, it was “NOT” Baby Lisa’s Angel, Ms. Fine-Duskin.

Tempers calmed as a group of neighbors and family members stayed on one side of the driveway and citizens for the prayer vigil stood in the street in front of the Irwin home with media surrounding them. There is always this group of young and older men, women, teenagers, that always come out and gather in their own little click. Some of those people are neighbors, family and friends. These people very rarely will mingle with the citizens that are there to show their support. They just stand there and watch, whisper and judge, they are like the vultures that wait for a mistake so they can attack the citizens who care.

I would have asked them to stop and/or do it else where a long time ago but that is just me. 

Unfortunately it appears more and more that every loony tune in the world is latching onto these missing child cases.  JMO, of course.

    I have never been witness to such irresponsible, disrespectful behavior by adults in my 27 years of living. I dearly want to tag names in this post, but it would render me a hypocrite. To any of you wondering why the location of the prayer vigils was asked to be moved, I'm sure you will get a glimpse of why on the local news tonight.

    You should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you have been acting. There is a missing child and for unbeknownst reasons, that seems to have taken a backseat to all the gossiping, lying, speculation, and sheer hatred. What has this world come to that people cannot even come together in the name of God to pray for protection over an innocent child?

    Judgment belongs to God alone.

    Drama brings needless additional stress. Do not worry yourselves about what others do around you, and do what is right. We need to come together and help bring this child home. She is not going to be found on her own and she is not going to be found with pointless external distractions.

    Why are we not asking the IMPORTANT questions? What are investigators doing? What is LE doing? WHAT PROACTIVELY IS BEING DONE TO FIND THIS MISSING CHILD? Inquiries demand action.

   ITA Cartfly.  If you don't want to talk to LE you don't have to, if you don't want to talk to media you don't have to, if you don't want prayer vigils on your property you don't have to...but for the love of GOD and LISA get off your own asses go search and/or show some interest in finding your daughter to the public.

They have gone beyond the pale even for me at this point.  They can go sit their lame asses right next to Terri Horman now.

Missing Baby Lisa Irwin: Psychic Believes Toddler Drowned and was Buried Near Home (PHOTOS)

The search for Lisa Irwin, a baby girl who was reported missing from her Kansas City home on Oct. 4, has picked up again, following a scale-down last week. Police are preparing to conduct searches in new areas.

One of the more recent developments in the case came in the form of alleged visions from Texas psychic Stephanie Almaguer. ::snipping2::

n the visions the psychic claimed to have received, Lisa drowned in the family’s bathtub and her body was placed on the bedroom floor as attempts to revive the infant's lifeless body proved unsuccessful, a report in the Examiner stated. According to Almaguer, since the attempts to revive Lisa failed, her body was buried in a grave.

"She's in a hole, and it was a hole that carried water," said Almaguer.

How normal can life be if your home has been broken into, your infant has been kidnapped and remains missing and your other children are left to believe that an evil boogeyman who has already stolen your sister remains at large? If your lawyer and not your heart speak on your behalf then your sense of normal probably belongs in a courtroom, not a living room. If you can convince yourself that a return to normal means that there should be no more vigils on your front lawn then you are either in denial or something more sinister is afoot. It took many years after my daughter Polly’s tragedy before Violet and I were able to adjust to our new normal. We had lost a piece of our soul, our vision of the future as her tragic fate severely challenged our faith.

Volunteers who are invested in the safe return of baby Lisa need support from the family, not indifference or condemnation, yet they have been blown off by Jeremy and Deborah. After all, it has been demonstrated time and time again that the recovery of an abducted child requires a full team effort that includes volunteers. But no: instead of assisting in baby Lisa’s recovery, the volunteers are told that they are making it impossible for the family to return to a normal routine.

This child looks so much like "Gracie" in the "Enough" movie. Gracie called herself Queen Elizabeth.

Similarities to Lisa's case, so close I feel like a profiler needs to do a comparative and give suggestions why these mothers feel they can just "disappeared" their children. Whew!

The Klaas family has been to hell and back. I can not imagine how horrific this has been for Mark and Polly's mother. I have allot of respect for Mark for becoming an advocate for other missing children. Prayers to all of Polly's loved ones

Take note Debra, an innocent person doesn't give up looking for their missing child nor does that person return to a "normal" life after a couple of months. So, Deb are you going to have to get a job now that your precious baby Lisa is no longer in your home? The other children go to school, so what will you do all day long now? Are you expecting Jeremy to let you sit on your wine drinking ass while he goes back to work?

You are correct. This is Aliayah...I had not followed the case and did not know the similarities until last night. Right down to the purple night clothes. Thanks for providing the information regarding the length of time she has been missing.
