Did anyone see Todd Macaluso on In Session? I thought it was supposed to be BOZO but as I was walking out to run an errand I heard it was going to be TM......he said they have uncovered EVIDENCE that proved kc was innocent...so why is she still sitting in jail and will be until who knows when?  I would have loved to hear him but had to run out on an errand!!  ANYONE see it???

That is right Sunny, about Tim repeatedly stating he has not searched Caylee's exact area and he has said this for many months. Plus LE was with him when Tim and TES were in the Suburban area, so yes it is well documented by both Tim and LE. It should be against the law for attorneys to sway potential jurors with blatant lies. They really got my BP to rise today!

If Caylee's body had been moved from another location, her body units, (torso, arms, legs, etc) would not have been found together. Even though her remains were scattered, the bones found were in units. I hope that makes sense. Had her remains been moved from another location, just the movement of the already skeletonized body would have been just a mish-mash of bones.

There has been some media speculation about a book deal. Before the start of Friday's hearing, Cindy Anthony said her hair dresser has encouraged her to write about the struggled that she and George have faced, but there is no book deal.   (The hair dresser should encourage Cindy to try a new hairdo instead.)

I guess they want to call some of the volunteers who searched nearby that area to get one or two on the stand and mix 'em up after they spin them around. That's my best guess. After all this time, how would a volunteer have a perfect memory of which bush they looked under ? I have done Geo caching where you wind up in the woods, I know the exact spot where I was from the GPS logs, etc, but I would never find it again. If I was taken to the exact spot I would never recognize it, vegetation changes. I guess Tim's grid records and the ariel helicopter views would have to counteract that. Hope they take the jury out there for a look see as to jsut how thick with vegeation the place was. It will be grown over again by the time this trial gets underway.

me too tupelo....me too.  I wanted to smack BOZO numerous times.....the first was when MNJ was taking.....ooooowwwwwwwwww  that set the tome for me   the only person who was in the exact area was Kronk...and my feelings on Kronk are different than the LE's
